Welcome to this beautiful, new construction, home away from home. Your group and you will want for nothing when you stay at this townhouse conveniently located in the resort. On-site, you'll have access to pools, golf and golf cart rentals, and so much more. Spend all day at the beach playing on the waves by parasailing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, and all other sorts of waterfront activities. Drive into town and discover fantastic local eateries, shopping, arts, entertainment, historical landmarks, and family-friendly attractions.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

Inside you'll find a bright interior flooded with natural light as well as modern and industrial decor. A large TV is the focal point of the comfortable and inviting living room. French doors take you out on the private balcony to feel the sea breeze while you sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The open and airy concept of the townhouse allows the living area and kitchen to be adjacent to each other, so you'll be able to converse from anywhere. Hobby chefs will love preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. The main bedroom boasts a TV, ample closet space, an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower, and private deck access. Kids will love bunking down in the bunk beds, creating memories that will last a lifetime. A sofa bed in the living room provides an additional sleeping space.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
