Very disappointed

The condition of the cabin is not as you would expect. The host clearly does not pay attention to detail. The host was contacted about some cleanliness issues and offered to send a cleaner which we did decline as truly it would have resolved all of the issues. Fact of the matter is we grossly overpaid given the conditions and representation of the cabin. The host indicated that a tabletop arcade game was present (although he claimed he didn't advertise that), shampoo was provided, and a deadbolt was present. None of these were included or in working condition

Not the best stay....

Check In was simple they emailed the door code a few days out. The check in time was not clear. We played it safe and arrived at the cabin at the latest time given. At 1st glance the cabin was dated but nice. The decor was very cute. Very quickly we realized this cabin has not been cared for. crumbs and dust on surfaces, the video game table did not work. There was not a wii gaming device in 2nd bedroom. The video game table was one of the reasons we wanted to stay at this cabin. The glass window to the fireplace was so dirty you couldn't see the fire. There were no oven mitts. The King Bed has an extreme dip in the middle which made the bed very uncomfortable. and The Hot Tub is not clean. The seats felt slimy. I reached out to Phil (property manager) a couple times, and I only received what seems to be automated responses. We will not return.

We loved our stay here! The owner was very quick to respond. This place was perfect for a last minute getaway for us and our 2 kiddos. The fireplaces add so much coziness. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was superb. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Nice place.

Nice place, nice getaway. Smooth transaction. Phil was easy to work with and responded quickly. Close to everything but secluded feel. Couldnā€™t tell we were close to attractions. Little bit of a hill to climb in the car. We may not of made it if the road would have been icey I believe, thankfully it wasnā€™t. Overall great experience.

Cozy Family Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is cozy but comfortable and although there are neighboring cabins, we felt it was very private. The cabin was clean, secure, and we enjoyed having a working kitchen to cook our own meals in. Having a dishwasher is a nice bonus. The Pacman/game table was fun for our son. We did not use the Wii or TV in the 2nd bedroom but it's nice that they have them. We didn't utilize the jacuzzi tub either, but it appeared to be clean and would be nice in cooler weather. The hot tub was large, and it was also clean. We found the amenities that we utilized to be more than adequate, and the only hiccup we had was an AC unit that froze up (it was almost 100Ā° outside several days in a row) but the host was quick to respond and to send a tech and worked to remedy the situation. I would say this host is top notch and cares about their guests. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Great time/place to get away and enjoy some of the fall views

Cozy was accurate, but that is OK, it was advertised as such. We enjoyed getting away and this location was great. Price was proportionate to the amenities and size. The host provided all the communication and information that we needed.

Cute place

We stayed 2 nights. Enjoyed the hot tub the first night. Rode coasters then went to the Island the next day. The place is cute the neighborhood was cozy. Nice walk around the neighborhood. There are a couple of steep hills getting to property. The master bathroom has a closet where the toilet and shower are. It smelled like sewer. The floor looked like it could use a good cleaning. The master bedroom has a king bed. The whole bed moved and would squeak when someone got up waking the other person up in the night. Everything else was good.

Our family enjoyed staying here very much! Very cozy, and the amenities were great. Phil is a great host and is very responsive to any concerns you may have. We would recommend this cabin! Great location, close to tons of fun either way!

The perfect getaway cabin

I have stayed at least 8 times in other cabins, this would have to be one of the best that Iā€™ve had the opportunity to stay in! The video game was a nice touchā€¦my bf and I played it at night in competition with each other. The cleanliness was perfect! Nothing to add or change to our stay. Thank you Phil!!

Pleasant stay
