The space -
Please note while our cottage is all one level, it is NOT handicapped accessible. Please do not send inquiries for guests with wheelchairs, canes or walkers as they will not be accepted.
This is also a pet-free home meaning service/assistance animals or emotional support pets are NOT permitted. Please do not send inquiries including pets as they will not be accepted. Owners have allergies. Children under the age of 8 are not approved.
**Smoke-free community, zero tolerance policy for drugs (including marijuana), chewing tobacco, smoking or vaping inside/outside (this includes in your vehicle parked on our property).**

The easy access and paved roads to our house make this a great year-round spot! Great cellular reception throughout the house. 400mbps internet speed great for those who work remotely at the farmhouse cottage. Streaming cable TV available in living area and both bedrooms. Our cottage is fully stocked and thoughtfully decorated.

Please note hallway and master bedroom closets are locked and cannot be utilized (these spaces are used for owner personal belongings and cleaning products).

We have made several notations and signage throughout the home that smoking/vaping/chewing tobacco is prohibited. If caught violating this rule you will be forfeiting your full security deposit, as well as being removed off the property prior to your check out date. You will not be refunded.

entire house except for hallway and master bedroom closets

Fireplace is available from mid-October through February. It is turned off March through mid-October.

Other things to note -
Items provided: Clean linens and towels, small start up supply of paper products, trash bags, hand & dish soap, shampoo, dishwasher & laundry pods, and basic cleaners. We suggest guests bring grooming items, groceries, specialty items and any unique or important items vital to your vacation!
