Newly built house located on the bay

Wake up to the waves rolling in. This house has the best views of Escambia Bay. The house was built in mid 2021. It has a great open floor plan. You can see the water as soon as you step through the door. There is a big sliding glass door you can open up to bring the outdoors in. This home has a big sitting patio to enjoy the view just off the back of both the first and second story. The bottom level of the house is a large open area, great for hosting parties, playing cornhole, or cooking on the grill. There is also a prive dock with a shaded sitting area. Feel free to bring your fishing gear and fish or just hang out and enjoy the outdoors. It is just a 30 minute boat ride to Ft. Pickens and Ft. McRee. If you like to fish you have come to a great spot. You will see mullet jumping and dolphins playing in your backyard. If you bring your boat, there is a great public boat ramp less than 5 minutes away and a high powered water hose to flush your boat after a day spent on the water, or keep it anchored in the back yard so its ready to go wakeboard, tube, or fish again the next day. It also has 3 parking spaces under the house itself, as well as room for at least 4 more vehicles in the driveway. It is a 20 minute car ride to downtown Pensacola if you are wanting to shop or get some great fresh seafood. High speed internet is available, gas appliances, and fenced in yard for your pets. If you run out of things to do here, there is also a park with a walking trail, basketball goals, and playground for the kids at the entrance to the road. There is also 2 kayaks available to use with lifejacket. Small weddings and small parties welcome.

What a beautiful home and right in the water. My husband and I loved the view and the house itself. So clean, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was awesome! There were terrific views and a cute neighborhood. We have friends that live nearby and this was the perfect place to sleep and enjoy coffee in the morning.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay, the home was prefect, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location is great, close to beaches, downtown, and many stores and restaurants. We loved the water views and spending time on the dock listening to the waves. Would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Heather was absolutely wonderful! The house was exactly as described and clean when we arrived.We loved spending evenings on the deck and spent some time fishing off of the dock. The kids were able to see catfish, stingrays and dolphins during the day and at night we got to see shrimp, jellyfish and needle fish.We definitely would like to come stay agin!

Dobson Family - weekend getaway

Our soccer weekend turned into a mini vacation. The house was beautiful and spacious. The weather and water was too rough for watersports, but we caught a few catfish. We will plan to bring our dog next trip. Cute quiet street on the bay!!

One of the best VRBO stays we've had.

Wonderful property, amazing views, so clean and well done inside, and stocked better than any we've stayed at. You are a ways from the beaches, if that's what you're looking for. But if you're looking for a relaxing stay right on the water where you feel tucked away, but within minutes of almost any amenity, then this one is for you. Can't rate it high enough.

Calm Amidst the Storm

We had plans to come down when we learned of Hurricane Helene. Heather provided details on the weather and was very accommodating. We stayed here last September and loved it then however there were improvements made since our last visit. Lovely house, lovely hostess, lovely visit. Canā€™t wait to go back!!!
