IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
We would like to inform you that construction of a new residential building has begun near our hotel. However, we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our top priority.
Please note that this construction will not affect any of our amenities or services. The work will take place between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Some noise may occur at certain times within this period, but it will not be constant and will depend on the construction schedule.
Unfortunately, this project is beyond our control. However, we will do everything possible to ensure you have a wonderful stay at our hotel. We truly appreciate your trust in choosing our condominium for your stay in Miami.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to exceeding your expectations and ensuring you have a memorable stay with us!

ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO BE PAID AT THE HOTEL DURING YOUR STAY
The Marenas Beach Resort staff will require payment of the following fees per apartment, which cover hotel services:
1. Valet Parking: $35.00 per day (only applicable if you bring a vehicle).
2. Daily Resort Fee:
° For reservations with check-in dates through April 30, 2025: $28.25 per day.
° For reservations with check-in dates from May 1, 2025, onward: $39.55 per day (reflecting an increase of $35 + 13% tax).
° This fee includes local calls, access to the pool and beach, towels, umbrellas, chairs, and all resort amenities.
3. Administrative Fee: $10.00 per day.
4. Parcel & Shipping: Our Concierge team can readily assist you with packages and shipping during your stay. Every registered guest can order products and mail them. Meanwhile, they are accepting reservations taking place within the next ten days, and they will save for 14 days after the guest's departure.
The concierge department is responsible for processing all the shipments. The hotel reserves the right to reject any package based on safety and security. A fee of $5.00 per box is applicable for up to ten bags; additional packages are subject to a $15.00 additional charge per package.
* Marenas Beach Resort is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
5. Security Deposit: At check-in, the hotel will require a credit card with sufficient funds to hold a consumable deposit, which varies depending on the type of apartment booked and the length of stay.
6. Deposit Usage: During your stay, the hotel will deduct hotel fees and any additional charges from this deposit. If charges do not exceed the retained amount, the remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card at the end of your stay.
7. Important: This process is part of the hotel's policies and is not the responsibility of the host.

1. Hotel fees are not included in the reservation payment made through VRBO.

I love to help people, and that is my daily goal. You will discover new opportunities, second homes for your vacations or new alternatives to live.
I graduated in Business Communication. Based on my knowledge, I have used my skills to guide people and recognize their needs. That is the main reason cause I have combined my two passions, the tourism and the sales in this vocation: the vacation rental management.
It has been a blink since I was a young employee in a leather company in my country. I learned there about planning and strategic relationships. My experience with this company has translated into successful business plans and rentals for my customers.
I learned about this business through significant mentors, who gave me a hand and introduced me to real estate. Since then, I have worked directly with owners for the last eleven years, and I contributed to creating business strategies, and I kept direct control in the properties management.
I have cooperated with companies as Multi Lending Group promoting their rentals and their sales options in Florida. Mandala Tours, with headquarters in Sao Paulo, Brazil, were my partners connecting their clients with my properties. Finally, I have worked in cooperation with Elite International Realty as an international travel agent.
I am working in cooperation with my experienced partner Barbara Murad, whom we joined our efforts to consolidate a Vacation Rentals company for the last five years. Now we are a specialist in several beachfront buildings, offering a detailed inventory of locations, styles, and characteristics.

I have faced several situations there, and I learned all kinds of lessons, each one more significant than the other. Likewise, I lodged to numerous people from everywhere. They shared their culture, their mood, their experience, or just their smiles were enough to know that everything was perfect.
So, I love this property because it is my second home too, there you can find my dedication, my efforts, and my heart. My family wellness and part of my happiness are in this area and this property.
