When you find a bit of time to spend at home base, rest tires hiking legs and kick back in the living room to reminisce with loved ones as a movie plays on the large TV. A gas fireplace awaits to warm everyone up during chilly winter nights, yet warmer seasons will make the private balcony the place to sip a cocktail in bliss as the sun dips behind dramatic peaks. During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.
