Calypso Tower 3 1501 Gorgeous Three-Bedroom with HUGE Balcony

Calypso III 1501, aka "Coral Relief", is a clean and beautifully updated, coastal condo perfectly situated by Panama City's white beaches. This unit is on the 15th floor, so you'll get a birds-eye view of the incredible blue water, famous white sand, and Pier Park! Only being a few steps away from the beach and the excitement of Pier Park makes this unit the perfect location for your family's yearly get-away.

This unit boasts an updated kitchen with granite countertops and all the basic cookware essentials you could need. Near the entry, you'll find a closet that has a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The dining area has a table that seats 6, along with 4 barstools at the Kitchen counter. The living room has a cozy sofa, 2 chairs, and a flat-screen TV to watch your favorite shows or just relax and watch a perfect sunset unfold. Sliding doors open up to the spacious balcony where you can serve up dinner or play a game of cards.

The Master bedroom has a comfy king bed, a flat screen-TV, and has a private full bathroom attached with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and separate toilet room. Back towards the entrance, you'll find the first guest bedroom with another cozy king bed and TV with direct access to the shared guest bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a twin over twin trundle bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Great condo!

Beautiful condo and pool area. Elevators are fast. Great location! My only recommendation is to replace master mattress...it is sagging. Other than that, no complaints!

Absolutely Perfect Stay— Highly Recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this condo exceeded all of our expectations! We were initially a bit anxious about being across the street from the beach, but it ended up being one of the best parts. The view was incredible — you could see for miles, and we honestly preferred it over being directly beachfront. It was truly breathtaking.The condo itself was spotless and had a fantastic layout. One of our favorite features was the abundance of windows — you could literally see the ocean from every single one! It made the entire space feel bright, open, and connected to the beautiful surroundings.The pool was one of the best we’ve ever experienced — clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. We also loved having The Emerald Hub restaurant right downstairs. The food was delicious, and it was so convenient to order and then hang out at the pool while we waited. We even got to enjoy a relaxing lunch poolside.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway!

Roomy, comfortable and great size balcony with great views.

Just as pictured and described. Perfect condo, very roomy and clean. Great views and convenient to everything. Love having the Emerald Hub right downstairs for breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautifully decorated! It was cleaned spotless. The location was fabulous and only a 3 minute walk to pier park. We have no complaints! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

This is our 10th year staying at PCB and this has been our favorite unit we have stayed in. The view with the huge balcony is amazing and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. We loved this room and would definitely stay here again.

Fall Break 2023

The property was just like the pictures online. A beautiful condo, Wonderful view, a great layout for families and privacy. Ive not stayed In Tower Ill before but we loved It! And will stay again. Would love to see a full length mirror added. Our new favorite condo at Calypso.

Wonderful place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was super clean and the fact that it was off season was great because there’s was no wait for the elevator. I cannot stress enough how clean and beautifully decorated the place is! The view is fantastic as well. The only minus is that the only elevator that goes up to 15 can be taken from 3rd floor and you cannot find parking at 3rd floor almost never. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and hope to be back soon.

Overall condo was good some minors things that could be fixed.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo wasn’t very clean upon checking in we found crumbled up food in the kitchen, used q tips and hair balls in the bathroom. The kitchen could use some kid friendly dishes. The wrists bands that you need for the pool were not there and if you don’t have them the staff will hound you that you need them. So we went to the main desk at the condo and we’re told that there was nothing they could do for us we had to call the rental company we rented through which we did and they told us that they would be dropped off shortly didn’t receive them until the next day which wouldn’t have been a problem if we weren’t being asked about them every time we went to the pool. My suggestion is to make sure all new guests have new wrists bands in condo upon checking in. One of the beds squeaked at slight movement which was kind of annoying but was manageable. Overall these are little things that can be fixed and the condo would be five stars.

We enjoyed our stay - unit was beautiful and clean with comfortable beds but . . .

We have stayed at the Calypso on several occasions but this was our first stay in Tower III. The unit is located directly on Front Beach Road. It is a corner unit so the balcony actually faces Front Beach Road. On Saturday night, there were people out cruising and revving their engines until 3:00 a.m. so if you are looking for a quiet location, this is not the place. However, if you are in to watching people do crazy things at all hours of the night, you will enjoy the location. We ate out for all of our meals but if you plan to cook in the unit, be prepared. The kitchen is not stocked like I'm used to when I rent from VRBO. We couldn't even find a pair of scissors to cut our wristband that we had to wear. This unit is run by a management company, not a private individual. Calypso now has a system in the parking garage where you have to scan a bar code to get in and out of the parking garage. We could not check-in until 4:00 p.m. (not a minute early); however, the parking attendant let us in the garage a few minutes early so that we could walk around, etc. After our check-in, we left the parking garage to eat dinner and buy some groceries. When we returned at 8:00 p.m., we could not get our bar code to get into the garage to work. The parking attendant looked at the paper and the bar code issued by the unit property management company reflected 11:00 p.m. as the time that we could start using the garage (it was supposed to say 11:00 a.m.). The parking attendant advised us to go the Calypso Office. I found an office on the property for Panhandle Rentals. The lady from Panhandle Rentals told me that I needed to speak with Gibson Beach Rentals and that I would have to call the number on the paper with the parking bar code. I called Gibson at 8:10 p.m. and got a recording that they closed at 8:00 p.m. and to call the after hours number. I called the after hours number and spoke to two different reps and both advised that Calypso was not listed as one of their properties so there was absolutely nothing that they could do for me. I put the rep on speaker so the parking attendant could hear her. Our paperwork for the unit clearly reflected Gibson Beach Rentals as the property owner so the parking attendant was kind enough to let us in the parking garage until we could speak with someone from Gibson the next morning. The issue was eventually worked out and Gibson took care of us but not before a lot of undue stress.

October 2023 Stay

We loved the condo. We loved the beach and the pool. It’s so close to Pier park so we were able to walk. The only thing I would change is the seating in the living room. Not enough seats for 7 people.

I Enjoy it. It was nice and clean

It was Good.. The only thing was the master bedroom bed was a little uncomfortable.. But other then that it was Great.. I will be back when I’m back in Panama
