Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #904 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 9th floor, directly on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from spacious 30 ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room.

Features:
Complimentary WIFI
Master bedroom - king size bed, Cable/Smart TV. Master bathroom features walk in shower.
Second bedroom has 2 queen beds, Cable/Smart TV.
Living room has queen sleeper sofa, Blackout Drapes, Cable/Smart TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped. Full size washer and dryer in unit.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

I gave this property he highest rating, for it private beach access, beautiful décor, spaciousness, and well equipped condo. We would most defiantly stay here again.

Location was perfect, room was perfect, did not have hot tub but was not a big deal. I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone !

Can’t wait to stay again!

Condo was beautifully decorated and super clean. Very well equipped with supplies for cooking, plenty of towels, great water pressure, comfy beds. Gorgeous view. Short boardwalk to the beach. Location for restaurants and activities was very convenient. Loved our stay!

Comfortable beds, great amenities!

It’s always a good thing to hear your kids say they slept so good. We heard this every night we stayed here - even the pullout bed was super comfortable. The showers have good pressure and there were plenty of towels. Thank you!

A little piece of Heaven

Relax with a little twist

First walking into the unit, there was an old smell (best way I can describe it). Although, the place was very clean, updated, very spacious, and with an amazing view, i had to go buy airfresher to get rid of the odor. Other than that, the condo met my expectations and i definitely will return.

Beautiful Condo

Very clean and neat, comfortable bedding with flat screen TV's in every room. Loved all the little details, like a Softsoap dispenser at every bathroom sink, garbage cans in every room, dishwasher pods and dish soap, good quality TP and paper towels. The glassware and cookware was in wonderful shape and there was plenty of everything. A good quality clean Keurig machine and a regular coffee maker. Even some beach towels, chairs, and umbrella in the laundry closet. Only thing I could even remotely complain about was that it seemed to take forever at times to get hot water from the bathroom or kitchen sinks, tub and showers were fine. Would definitely recommend and stay here again for sure.

Wonderful Stay!

Condo was extremely clean! Loved the quick & easy access from the parking lot in to the condo as well as the ease of going out to the beach. We have stayed at larger condos in the past and it’s a much bigger effort to go up and down and in and out to get to the beach. There were more than enough carts conveniently located outside under the roofed loading/unloading space to haul our luggage and groceries up to the condo which was wonderful to not have to search the lobby or wait for carts to be brought back down from others. Size of condo was perfect for me and my husband and our two daughters ages 9 & 12. Plenty of bathroom towels, all of the kitchen appliances you would need along with blenders, pots & pans, Tupperware, cooking utensils, dishes, drink-ware, Keurig, ground coffee maker, toaster, can openers, etc. Dishwasher seemed brand new and extremely clean, along with the fridge being completely spotless! Laundry room had a few beach towels along with some beach chairs, sand toys, vacuum and broom. Both bedrooms had oscillating floor fans along with box fans in each, which we have never had as an amenity in the last 5 years of condo stays, and beds were very comfortable. Living room furniture was very comfortable and in great great shape as well as the Adirondack furniture on the balcony and was thoroughly enjoyable to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Communication with the rental company was prompt & detailed. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

When we found this property we were hesitant at first because there were no reviews. But we decided to take a chance and we are so glad we did and we loved it!! This condo gave us everything we needed for our 5 day 4 night Memorial Day weekend getaway!! We loved the easy access to the beach with the complimentary beach chairs. The condo was very clean and even had fans that came in handy because I tend to get hot during the night. Lol I mean plenty of towels, Wi-Fi was on point, tv’s were nice and the cable was great! Also the condo was so spacious! Only thing that got us was the hot water. We all couldn’t take long hot showers but we figured it out so everyone was able to get that shower. That hot water should be looked into. We will definitely be back! This might be our new spot for Destin vacations! We didn’t have any interaction with the property management but it was not needed…Thank God! Just a smooth stay…just like you would want it to be while on vacation.

The layout of furniture was perfect, it made the condo look very spacious. The beds and living room furniture were all very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like is there wasn’t enough pantry space for our groceries so a lot of it had to sit out on the counter. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again.
