Just park your car in one of the two off-street parking spots and put away the keys. You can walk to the boardwalk (play land, music pier), beach (with lifeguards and bathroom), shopping (downtown OC), and restaurants (Manco and Manco, Boyers Market, Ice Cream, Fractured Prune, etc...)

Ocean City, known as a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean, is 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected and there are dedicated surfing beaches. The 2.5 mile boardwalk is loaded with fun things to do, including, but not limited to; amusement piers, shopping, restaurants, mini golf, a water park and the music pier, an entertainment venue for concerts and other events. In addition there is a bay front area for water sports, fishing charters, and boat rentals.

Weekend stay

My sisters and niece and I went for Block Party Weekend . We loved this property . It is beautifully maintained and close to everything we love in Ocean City .The owner was great and the whole process from the start was very easy . We look forward to staying at this property again in the future .

Birthday getaway

Took my daughter for a weekend getaway for her birthday. We had a great time. The location of the house was perfect walking distance to everything. The owners were great with communicating everything. Would definitely go back!

Lovely place!

The condo was beautiful and very clean! Well supplied with kitchen necessities! Easy 3 blocks to beach and boardwalk! Asbury is a lovely street with restaurants and shopping. The two car off street parking was a real plus! Robert and Carrol were wonderful to work with!

Perfect!

Perfect for a family vacation in OC! Location was an easy walk to the 13th street beach right in the heart of the boardwalk. Not to mention all the shops and restaurants on Asbury. The condo was spotless and had beach chairs, beach carts, boogie boards and beach tags. Kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook or eat in. We can’t say enough good things about our week here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great condo to rent in OC.

First family vacation in awhile

We had a great time during our stay in Ocean City! This property is really nice and well kept. It's location is pretty unbeatable with it being right on Asbury which makes for a quick walk to the shops and 2 blocks to the boardwalk. I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to sleep 6 and you won't even have to drive for beach/boardwalk/restaurants if you didn't want to. The garage also had everything you need for a beach day complete with boogie boards, 6+ chairs, a wagon to drag it all around, and sand toys. I would definitely rent here again!

Fantastic Beach Getaway

I cannot rave enough about this property. It was absolutely fantastic and well located, being a mere four minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house is on the main strip of Asbury, which gives you prime location for restaurants, shopping, and other activities. The owner of the property, Robert, was more than attentive and absolutely fantastic with respect to contact. Check in and check out with seamless. We have already booked this location again for next season as we were so impressed with the first go around. If you were looking for a well-located and clean/updated property, look no further. This is the one for you.

Great Family Vacation

We had the perfect family vacation. We had 4 adults, a 4 year old and 8 month old and the condo was the perfect size. Walk to the beach (even with a 4 year old and baby) was super quick. We used the beach chairs and wagon provided which was super helpful to not have to bring our own. Kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked a few meals at home. Very clean. We did have to walk up a few flights of stairs (top unit), but it’s worth the view on the top deck. And the stairs are split about 8 each set, then you turn a corner so not very steep when worrying about kids. Would highly recommend anyone considering a getaway with family or friends. Robert was very responsive leading up to the trip and helped with one question we had immediately upon arrival.

Clean and worry free

The rental is clean and I loved the layout. It was perfect for a family of four. We even added 2 1/2 more people for a few days and never felt crowded. It is a quick walk to the boardwalk and centrally located near to all of our favorite spots like Piccini’s and Drip n Scoop. On the evenings we decided to stay in, there was plenty of room at the dining table and balcony for ourselves and some guests. We also enjoyed a little game night with Jenga. Thank you.

Great Ocean City getaway

This home was just right for our family's beach vacation this summer. The condo is on the top floor of a well-maintained house on a quiet street. The location is perfectly central, only a few blocks away from the beach and boardwalk, a short stroll to OC downtown, and close to a number of convenient stores and dining/dessert options nearby. The outside deck was great for watching the sunset and enjoying the nighttime stars every evening. And there was plenty of room in the house for our family to spread out in. We left with lots of good memories to keep with us forever, and look forward to coming back next year.

Family Friendly VERY Clean

This unit is extremely family friendly and had everything we needed to stay the week. We were so pleased with how clean the unit was upon arriving. We had no issues with the air conditioning or door as previously mentioned in a review. There is no way our 2 year old could have squeezed through the opening left when the door is opened with the chain latched. The walk to the beach is not too far and the provided wagon makes it extremely easy to get all your gear to the beach! We really appreciated the communication from Robert which was excellent and prompt throughout the entire process!

A solid four star property

I want to give this a five star review, but five stars for me means something above and beyond the expected. This property was clean, great pre-trip communications from the owner made everything from the access, to working the TV, to how to use the kitchen faucet, go very smoothly. Location was good, but not beach front. An easy 5-6 minute down 13th street to the boardwalk. Right on Asbury Avenue, near shopping and food. This rental is on the third floor, up two flights of stairs, 32 steps. Not handicap accessible. Plenty of seating in living room for five people, plus higher chairs around the island and dining room chairs which are almost in the living room thanks to open floor plan. Nicely stocked kitchen. Night lights that work in bedrooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds, lots of windows for natural lighting, and adequate drapes in bedrooms to create darkness for sleeping in. All appliances worked well. We would stay here in the future as well!

An excellent property

I am so very glad that our family selected this place for our stay in Ocean City to ring in the new year. This was the perfect location to participate in all the family friendly activities the city holds on First Night and First Day. Asbury is lined with loads of quaint shops, restaurants and cafes all within easy walking distance. It was a very short walk to the local church and an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach.Inside, the unit had everything we needed for our family of five. All the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The beds were nice and comfy, too. It was a bit too cold this time of year to enjoy the decks, but I could imagine they would be a great place to hang out in warmer weather. It's important to note that the unit is on the third floor of the building. I know some folks do not like a lot of stairs, but that does not bother our family. In fact, I prefer to be higher up rather than at street level since you usually experience less noise and it affords better views (both completely true in this case).Accessing the unit was super easy with separate key codes to enter the building and to enter the unit (no need to worry about keys). Communications with the owner were great. We exchanged a few emails and he followed up with a quick phone call to make sure we didn't have any unanswered questions.Overall I would wholeheartedly recommend this great condo in Ocean City.

We all grew up vacationing in Ocean City. Now with kids of our own, the tradition continues. We've vacationed in other summer destination spots, but we always come back to Ocean City. There is simply so much to do. The kids and the adults alike, just love it. As far as why we chose this particular property, it's all about location, location, location! This property is within walking distance to everything we could possibly need. After vacationing in O.C. for years, and having stayed in various locations, this property, in this location, was exactly what we were looking for!
