Welcome to "On Cape May Time" a renovated, light & airy 4 bedroom/3 bathroom pet-friendly 3 floor home with high living room ceilings and plenty of inside & outside (private backyard) space for all to relax & enjoy. Owners call it "On Cape May Time" because when you are there you leave your busy life behind! This lovely large family rental is nestled in the heart of Cape May just a short bike ride or brisk mile or so walk to the Washington Street Mall and Beaches! Located just moments over the Cape May Bridge for easy entry & exit in and out of Cape May to help avoid the traffic and ease back on/off the Parkway & Exit 0 so you can venture out to all the surrounding Shore points nearby like the Wildwood Amusement Boardwalk & Waterparks, North Cape May Ferry Terminal/Restaurants/Concerts, Stone Harbor Burger Bar & Movies with outdoor strip mall shops & dining and more! Parking for 5-6 cars in private driveway with easy turn around to avoid backing out! *Owners will be providing some beach tags for tenants to use during their stay and return where found prior to leaving but CANNOT be guaranteed. If taken home upon departure you will be charged $30.00 per tag for replacement.* (All tenants must bring their own linens/towels or arrange to rent same with one of the local linen companies in town). **There will be a $200 pet rent fee added for 1st dog and additional $100 added for 2nd dog (up to 2 dogs maximum).** All Leases will have a (refundable) $500 security deposit added that cannot be paid via credit card. **As of January 2023...1st Floor Day Bed is now on the 3rd Floor inside bedroom.**This is a Pet Friendly Property. If you are not bringing a pet during your stay, you will not be responsible for Pet Rent. For online booking, your lease will be adjusted accordingly.
