Updated, beachy 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath 7 Blks to Beach!

This is an updated Village Green twin: the unit and yard are completely private but is attached to one other unit (shared wall in the center of the house splits the house into two units). The back yard is fenced in. We are seven blocks from the Trenton Avenue beach entrance, which has bathrooms and a shower, and less than a mile from the Washington Street Mall. Located on a great block in Village Green: a quiet neighborhood where you can spread out and truly relax, yet be close to all Cape May has to offer. The unit sleeps six with a king in the master bedroom plus two additional bedrooms that are ā€œrailroad styleā€ in that you have to walk through the queen bedroom to get to the twin bedroom. The queen and twin bedrooms are adjoined; they are separated by a custom made barn door. Every room features beachy and nautical touches so that you won't lose that "I'm at the beach feeling" for a moment! The living room has a 64 inch wall mounted SmartTV, comfortable seating and board games for entertainment. The eat-in kitchen is bright and and the hallway bath with tub/shower features an LG washer and dryer, large vanity and counter top. The master bedroom has a king bed, two large closets and an attached bathroom with stand up shower. The queen bedroom has ample closet space and the adjoined twin bedroom has two small chests of drawers plus under bed drawers. There is a covered deck off of the twin bedroom with cushioned teak couches. A small covered front porch, flat fenced in backyard, six person outdoor dining set with cantilever umbrella and custom outdoor hot/cold shower complete the outdoor space. Central air, dishwasher, board games, beach chairs and umbrella, and four adult beach cruisers are provided for your enjoyment.

***We provide linens: organic cotton sheets, all bedding, and bath towels! A true luxury in Cape May home rentals! ***

Canā€™t say enough about the host and house! It was one of our best trips to Cape May!! House was pristine. Our hosts so accommodating! Our original house had issues and they put us up in another house which was more beautiful than the house we have been renting for five years! Canā€™t thank them enough for wonderful stay!!

We were there for Christmas with two dogs. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The house was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The heat was higher than we liked, we could turn it down, but it reverted back around 6:30 am making mornings pretty uncomfortable. Owners are looking into making that work better in the future.Overall, a wonderful time!

A pleasant getaway

Property was comfortable and the owners were very accommodating and attentive to any issue. Our family had an enjoyable stay and it was nice to be in Cape May but also away from the congestion and noise of the down town area.

Perfect get away gem

Neat, clean, and dog friendly. The fenced in backyard with outdoor shower and comfy cozy deck was our personal favorite spot. Owners were very attentive and responsive. So happy we were able to stay here for a much needed week off.
