This locally owned property has plenty of space for the entire family or a group of friends looking for plenty of beds!

Walk-into the well lit family room furnished with a comfortable sofa (with a pullout couch) and loveseat. This is the perfect place to throw on your favorite show and unwind after a fun day at the beach. The completely remodeled kitchen comes with brand new stainless steal appliances, including a gas stove, coffee makers, and plenty of countertop space!

Rather kick up your feet and enjoy a cold cocktail or a family meal outside? This property comes with a large outdoor patio that is covered with plenty of seating and flat screen television.

When it's time to catch some sleep, enjoy one of the five beds tucked away in the back of the property to give you the peace and quiet you want.

Cocoa Beach is a family-friendly beach town on Florida's Space Coast. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Enjoy many of our locally owned and operated restaurants and bars always serving fresh seafood. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.

Getting Around:
Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Shops, restaurants, and bars are a short walk in every direction. Located off of A1A in the heart of Cocoa Beach. (Orlando is just 60 min away)
