Welcome to Island Time. Featuring four bedrooms, two bath, private heated pool with a game room in Cocoa Beach Fl. Located a short walk to the beach- access is at the "I Dream of Jeannie" park. This spacious home features 2 living rooms great for adult time away from kids. Home has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The bed layout makes it easy for sleeping arrangements; King in Primary, a queen in 2 of the bedrooms, 2 twins in the 4th bedroom and a sleeper sofa in one of the living room. The heated pool 86* makes swimming year round a pleasure (not heated during the summer hoovers around 80 making it refreshing). The theme of this home is back to the simple life and family vacation make lasting memories. When you have had your fill of the pool and beach there is river access 1/2block from the house and you can take the kayak in the garage out. Additional places within a short walk . Denny's, Thai Thai, JP sports Bar. lets not forget about the Ice Cream Hut at the end of the street. 2 min drive to downtown historic downtown Cocoa Beach- Surf shops, Coffee Specialty Coffee shops, day spas, and more restaurants.

The Beach House

We loved staying here. The backyard was amazing! It was maybe a 10 min walk to the beach or there is free parking at Lori Wilson park. We would come back for sure!

Beach,sunshine and Family

It was an amazing week with my children and grandchildren in a safe environment and absolutely beautifully.....they loved the pool!!! Thank you for a wonderful week and God bless each of you who work to make family vacations like this

A week of relaxation

We have stayed many times in Cocoa Beach usually for a couple of months. Went this time with two couples and enjoyed our time sitting by the pool, cooking and golfing.

Family beach vacation

Family of 6 adults and 2 children , basic house nothing fancy , but clean with plenty of room for everyone . Pool was heated and great after a day at the beach . perfect location . 10 minute walk to beach , restaurants short drive . Short drive to pier or Ron Jon’s . Cocoa. Beach is a perfect spot for beach holiday ,clean beach which is guarded and lots of wave action to l play in.we would not hesitate to book this place again in the future !

3 Days at Cocoa Beach

We found the property to be lovely. Any past issues with poor beds has been fixed. Our kids loved the heated pool and games in the garage. We would stay there again.

Location! Location! Location! Our stay was perfect. The backyard is a beautiful oasis, what you would dream of for a beach vacation. Home was spacious, clean and equipped for family. Will definitely book here for our next beach week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: it was great the house was clean and has everything we needed. and only 1 block away from the beach that is a plus for us.

Great family vacation home

We enjoyed our stay. Janice is a responsive property manager. I had several questions asked and answered by her before we arrived. The home was clean, roomy and well equipped. Sitting in the lush, back yard around the sparkling, private pool was a great way to spend the day.

fun at cocoa beach

Everything was great. House was nice. Just that one issue with bed frame. Pool was nice just slow with the clearness of the water.We skimmed and scrubbed it a few times a day. The location was EXCELLENT!!!!!! We would come back and reccomend this home to all!!!!

The pool area was really nice. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was redone and nice. The furniture in the family room and living room were not comfortable. And a few wobbly tables. The outside lights were very rusted. We were disappointed with the lack of maintenance. For what we paid I would have expected better quality.

The pool is the star of this rental, make no mistake. The house smells of mold, as fellow Floridians we understand this is typical and likely due to previous storm damage. I believe the property deserves 3 stars as an, “Ok”, but the pool really does make up for a lot. It seems clear that some level of investment should be considered- honestly you could get better quality furniture at Goodwill. But, you don’t go on vacation to sit on side tables. The yard is lovely, the parking is plentiful and no one bothers you. This is the first house I’ve rented with a giant big brother camera, but I do understand. If I were renting out my place with a pool, for liability- it does make sense. It does make you a little paranoid but if you’re not doing anything wrong, who cares? The pool cleaner came by while we were there, he was very kind and didn’t want to intrude. He actually left us the bucket of chlorine to dump in the pool when we were ready so that we didn’t have to kick the kids out of the pool, I thought that was very understanding of him and I appreciated that a lot. The one thing I have to call out on my husband’s (retired Chef) behalf is the Rachel Ray cookware. Seriously folks, those pots and pans are 25 years old and those seriously need some kind of replacement. We would consider staying here again but I guarantee we’d be bringing pots and pans with us if we did. Thank you! Sorry for the tough love but given with honesty and fairness, respectfully.

Family Fun

Our whole family (son, daughters, son in laws and grandchildren) joined us for spring break. Not a brand new, fancy space, but it served our purpose well. The location, literally a 4 minute walk to the beach, was perfect. Even when we drove the kids over, the parking was free. There was ample space for all of us. The heated pool was a real hit. Nice for kids, and great for adults to enjoy while little ones were napping. Lots of nice places to eat that were nearby. The beach was never crowded, despite spring break. The garage was full of beach/pool equipment, including a beach buggy, which we used to haul our towels, cooler etc. to the beach. Those are all very positive things. Realistically, the place was very modest. Just as photos show. The updated kitchen was nice and accommodated our needs. The living room furniture was a little worn, but was ok, since we did not spend much time inside. We did have a problem with the tub midweek, which took a plumber to fix. The communication was very prompt when I contacted the ownership. It did, however, take 3 days to get it fixed. Being down one shower and the tub (especially with 2 babies) was tough, but we did receive some credit on our bill afterward, which we appreciated. Overall, this was a great location and space to enjoy a family vacation.

The house is older which typical for the Cocoa Beach area. The bedrooms are large and comfortable enough for my group of six adults and two young children. While some updating has been done, the bathrooms could use more improvement. The master shower/toilet is in a very small space and the master sink is open to the bedroom. It can be awkward if multiple people are getting dressed at the same time. The exterior doors need weather stripping to avoid running the A/C nonstop and the ceiling fans need adjustment for noise. The house was clean, equipped and the pool/gas grill are great.

Good modest family place

The house was in a great location- so close to beaches and not too long to get to Disney World. The pool was a hit! the neighborhood was safe and the neighbors were nice and helpful. The furniture was very modest, but true to the photos. The stove needs replacing- the oven only went on high or off. The microwave was a cute retro one, but it was very slow. The two queen beds had broken frames, which made them sag and creek. All problems can be fixed. Would go again if fixed.

Relaxing and Fun!!

I went down with a big group of friends from college for spring break and everyone was beyond happy with the property. The pool is a good size and with the pool being heated, it was always a comfortable temperature. The backyard in general is enjoyable to look at with all of the different types of plants. The house is a really short walk to the beach, and there were restaurants/businesses in walking distance. Having a fridge in the garage and the kitchen made things very convenient. There was lots of space and having two living rooms was nice as well. This property was also very clean and had lots of privacy. Overall, I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a great time, at great price!

The house was roomy, plenty of space, plenty of dishes pans etc, no can opener tho.

We enjoyed ourselves, everyone had a bedroom. Close to beaches, close to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Old House, not in conditions to rent

The kitchen its falling apart, the beds are cheap and i had a 4x4 wood under the bed to keep it in position. We got to the house at 7 pm, and the temperature was 85 degrees, it took to 6 am to cool down the house. The owner need to invest money and time in the property.

Island Time

Loved our stay at Island Time! The house has lots of room, and is in the perfect spot to enjoy Cocoa Beach. We spent every day by the pool then adventured out after lunch.
