Welcome to Sugary Sands! This awesome condo is located one block to white sandy beach access, as well as a 5 minute walk to Historic Bridge Street shops and dining!

Your relaxation vacation will begin once you step through the door of this adorable Bradenton Beach condo. This one bedroom one bath Anna Maria Island vacation rental with queen size sleeper sofa has been tastefully decorated and sleeps 4. Located in Coquina Reef Condominiums, this complex consists of two separate buildings, each having only eight units. The condo offers amenities galore and will only add to your relaxing vacation. Furnishings include, a king bed, professional linen service, in unit washer and dryer, beach essentials, a 46 inch HD TV, and free wifi. A private screened in balcony and patio set provide a lovely outside setting. The amenities don't stop there. A heated community pool with gas grill, lounge chairs, umbrella tables and an outdoor shower, provide a wonderful outdoor experience. One covered parking space is provided. The white sand beach, historic Bridge Street, restaurants and shopping are just a short block away. If you prefer to explore the island on wheels, it could not be easier once on board the free AMI trolley that runs the length of our beautiful 7 mile Island. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon are located in the unit storage room located on parking level. No pets are allowed in this unit. No smoking is allowed.

We had a great time at Sugar Sands

This property, while older, is in a wonderful location. It is close to many restaurants, live entertainment, Bridge Street, the beach, and the pier. We visited in April, and it was generally an older population, which was perfect for us. The pool was warm and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch area off the dining area. The bathroom was in poor condition, but we were told that it was being updated in the next month or so. We had a small issue that needed to be dealt with, and it was dealt with very promptly. The bed was comfortable, and there were drawers on all three sides below it. The sunrises on Bridge Street pier were beautiful and the sunsets on the Gulf were also. The beach is definitely walkable, but since we had a car, we chose take a short drive to Coquina beach. We used the free trolley once, to go to the north end of the island. If you download the myStop app, and go to Manatee County, you can follow the trolleys in real time, which eliminates waiting long for it to arrive.

Sugary Sands Condo

The property could use some upgrades, the bathtub and tile needs to be replaced or re-grouted. The bed needs king size pillows, the couch is so uncomfortable and just needs to be replaced. The pool was not clean always had debri in it every day, but was a very nice pool and well equipped with patio furniture. The pool flooded on day one causing the area in front of the pool closet to flood. When I called and ask the water be removed I was told it was not possible and it would dry out, just give it time, it was way too deep to dry out. The owner of other condo swept it out so it would dry so we could access the beach supplies. The beach supplies were definitely nice feature of the condo. Thank you!

Wonderful Island Condo

We had a very nice stay at the Sugary Sands condo. It was clean and well stocked with amenities and it was close to restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed the community pool and everyone was friendly. Management communicated well and was easy to work with. We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was perfectly accommodating and had exactly what we were looking for in a beach rental property. Super close to the beach, bars, restaurants, and convenient store. Place was clean, and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and prompt with instructions, and or any help we needed. Neighbors were also very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was wonderful, very clean and easy to get in and out of. Quiet area which was great! The beach and area around was amazing and the views were incredible. I certainly would like to come back for a longer stay and enjoy more of the area

Perfect

This is the perfect little place in the best location. We met so many great families at the pool and also found there to be plenty of time we had the pool all to ourselves. It’s a quick walk to the beach and shops. And we loved having beach towels and supplies available to use. We will definitely be back to this spot for our annual trip.

Perfect for a small family

We absolutely loved this vacation! The condo, community, and everything. The condo was perfect for our little family of 3, even with my wife who’s currently pregnant it was easy on her and we walked everywhere. The management company was just a phone call away for any issue or question and always picked up. We WILL DEFINITELY be back and most likely stay in this same place. We loved everything about the lodging, community, people, beach, and restaurants. THANK YOU SUGARY SANDS!

Great location, 2 blocks from bridge st, 2 blocks from beach, 2-4 blocks from one of the main roads on and off the island. Condo was in good shape and all the amenities one would need for a beach vacation

Good location

I’ll start by saying the location is good and right up the road from the beach and in the other direction is the shops. It’s a quiet area and everything is super close by and very easy to navigate. The house had everything you would need. We didn’t use the beach stuff but it is available for you. I personally wouldn’t stay here again. The bed was very uncomfortable and my teen slept on the pull out couch which was also insanely uncomfortable. When I book somewhere I expect things to be nice. The place hasn’t been updated at all which is fine but you can tell when someone cares about comfort and bringing happiness to the people visiting and I didn’t get that vibe. The bedroom curtain rod is literally taped together. The bedspread in the closet for the couch is itchy and uncomfortable. The pull out bed and the blanket had stains on it and although it’s probably sanitized and washed, to me when I’m staying somewhere it shouldn’t have this type of stuff going on. Everything isn’t going to be brand new but you should take pride in what you have and make sure that the beds and blankets are comfortable and that the stains are bleached or cleaned and that a curtain rod isn’t taped and is replaced.
