Our Golf courses, world class restaurants, sedona, Grand Canyon and the incredible state of Arizona will be at your fingertips. Ask about transportation. We own a transportation company!

This home is a fabulous place to be. Professionals, athletes, entertainers, or those with exclusive taste will all enjoy this home. Almost 2,000 feet of six foot stuccoed wall encloses this 4½ ACRE compound. Enter through the front gates to a broad pavered drive. This is the least expensive home of its ELITE class in all of Scottsdale / Cave Creek / Carefree.

Dream home finishes and fixtures. Versailles Travertine. Five star island kitchen. Gas stove, pot filler, three ovens, and bar stool seating for eight. Lavish living spaces. Wonderful family wings. Media room. Guest casita with home gym upstairs. Main house is 7,628 Sf. and casita is 782 sf. Expansive grounds with a private 9 hole miniature golf course, sport court, in ground trampoline, glayground, pool, built in rock slide (waterfall is permanently disconnected), swim-up bar, outdoor fireplace, firepit, horseshoe pits, koi pond, and a very large gazebo covered poolside gas grill. Incredible southern vistas with 50 mile views, 20 foot ceilings. The home also includes 6 satellite receivers and a theatre with seating for 9.

Weekend rentals are at the 4 night rate from September thru May and your price will be adjusted at the time of confirmation/approval.

This is such a beautiful, fun place. Although it is in some disrepair we really had a great time. But on the last night it rained through a golf ball-sized hole in one bedroom’s ceiling, and because of that, I complained about that and some loose pavers at the edge of the pool/ hot tub then asked for a discount. The property manager’s response was to attack and gaslight and to accuse our family of trashing the property.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment and appreciate you sharing it. This is a large vacation home ideal for family gatherings and communal stays, but not a luxury resort or hotel with private rooms and hotel-style services for every guest. For groups of 30 , we reach out beforehand to confirm the home suits their needs for space, sleeping arrangements, and amenities. Unfortunately, we received no reply from you in this case. The roof leak was repaired before your arrival; the drywall repair is scheduled soon. We purchased and provided extra pillows, towels, and linens, plus allowed an 11:00 AM early check-in. We noted that all bedding (sheets, comforters, pillows, towels—even tablecloths) was used, with makeshift beds on floors throughout. Loose pavers are a minor ongoing item we do monitor. We respectfully declined the post-stay discount request, as the issues did not substantially affect the home’s overall usability for its intended large-group, casual style. Very large parties often work best here in a shared setup rather than equal private beds or hotel-like privacy. For those needs, we recommend nearby hotels. We greatly value our many returning large groups who enjoy the property annually. Thank you for staying with us—we hope future guests have wonderful experiences.

I can’t say enough good things about John and his home! John was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The house was perfect for our big group and we were all so in love with the patio and pool. The location was perfect with so many food options and Walmart so close but still giving that secluded feeling. I’ll definitely be back for more trips not only because we loved the house but also how at home John made us feel.

Fantastic property.

We book this house for a golf trip with 20 people. The house was great, tons of beds for everyone and the back yard pool/ activity area was amazing! Pool was great, we played tennis, basketball and cornhole! John was a great host. Easy check in and out and made everything very easy. Our group would love to stay again.

Great Family House

Our family was really comfortable. Wide open spaces with plenty of seating and beds for our group of 18. The kids loved the pool and the movie room (ages 1-10). Quiet area/neighborhood. We had a lot of fun playing mini-golf and basketball. Love the inground trampoline, super safe. We will definitely visit again -

Amazing House Exactly as Advertised

Huge house with incredible amenities that are exactly as advertised and perfectly match the pictures on the listing. The host was very communicative as well. Our group had a fantastic stay and spent the majority of our time at the house!

Excellent place!!

We had a wonderful time in the mansion there was plenty of activities around the place that my 7 year old boy enjoyed. He turn seven and has Autism he loves to swim so he spend a lot of time swimming jumping in the trampoline and in the playground, He also enjoyed the movie theater. I have a big family and there was plenty of space for all of us we had a great time!!!

Everything we could have asked for!

My friends and I recently stayed at this property in Cave Creek for a bachelor party and we were very happy with the accommodations. Although the property is a little off the beaten path, once there, it was like our own oasis. We enjoyed everything the property had to offer including the pool, basketball, pickleball, mini golf, and so much more. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

John the owner met me at arrival. He has everything setup to easily control hot tub, stereo, tv, etc. very professional setuwep and he was very nice and easy to work with. Quick responses and great communication! The house itself is an entertainers dream

Most awesome vaca

Our stay was very relaxing, quiet atmosphere, no close up neighbors. The pool was our favorite and pool slide was the hit for a little ones and teens. We experienced everything they had to offer. Enough room for our whole family of at times up to 26. We will definitely book this property again. John was the best host, very caring and responded right away. Thank you so much John for sharing your home to us. We greatly apprecialte it.

Great Family home

My family members really enjoyed the pool and the miniature golf course. In fact, most of our time was spent in the pool. Every morning some of us would play a round of miniature golf which was loads of fun. We could never get one of the TVs to work but the ones that were the most important worked great. The kids enjoyed watching the kid movies in the theater in the evening. Overall, we really enjoyed this home. The owner was very quick at responding to all our questions.

Staycation

The property and the features are done very well. However, the property is old and very rundown and is not well kept. It was very dirty furniture and amenities are broken and unusable. The house is infested with bugs and we believe there is a serious mold problem in this home, I had to leave a day early due to severe asthma attack after only spending 30 minutes in the game room

Cave Creek is a wonderful town with so much to offer. Cave Creek offers great restaurants and historic shops. There is great golfing along with resort amenities, shopping, clubbing, antiquing and again its all very close to some of the best golfing available. Dove Valley, Desert Mountain, Wildfire, Rancho Manana and more just to name a few. Nearby events include, Spring training, Cardinals, Suns, Diamondbacks, Fiesta Bowl, Barrett Jackson, TPC and all that there is to enjoy in AZ.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Besides having your own personal 9 hole miniature golf course? This home has everything including a large theatre room, multiple Direct TV satellite receivers, sonos radio, movie channels, sports and news channels. Did I mention there is access to music through our control 4 automation system or you can play your own music and listen throughout the home. The property is private with a gated front entrance and a block wall surrounding the whole 4.5 acre estate for privacy. The pictures will tell the story! We also own Bigelow Limousine Services with party buses, limos and sprinters. You can book your airport transportation, night life, golf or Sedona and Grand Canyon transportation in one of our beautiful limousines or Party Buses. Ask about rates!!
