Welcome - our villa is located in Spain, at Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell. The villa is 160 m² and can accommodate up to 6 vacationers. The plot size is about 800 m². It is adjacent to a conservation area.

The location of the house is southwest aligned.
Here you will experience wonderful sunsets over the mountain panorama and have a gigantic view of the sea, the Peñon de Ifach and Calpe as well as the surrounding villages and vineyards. Toward the north you have a fantastic view of the Montgo.
From the open panoramic terrace, which is equipped with a beach chair, you have
a look that is hard to beat.

The 800 m² large and very well maintained property is lovingly created.
Around the entire property are paths with a Mediterranean flair and views of superlatives.

Numerous seats invite you to linger and enjoy. The property is the last in a dead end and borders on a landscape conservation area; thus you have an oasis almost exclusively for yourself. But the view of the surrounding villages and towns you can feel life around.

The villa is split-level and can accommodate up to 6 people on 160 m².
You will find quality materials and stylish decors throughout the living area.
In April 2017, a modern new kitchen was installed. It also consists of the best components and has an extraordinary generous equipment.
The conservatory on the ground floor was equipped as a dining room and offers you a gigantic view.
From here you have direct access to a large terrace. The local awning offers plenty of shade.

The pool terrace in the lower area offers you a great atmosphere. You have enough sun protection through a spacious covered area, but also attached to the outdoor kitchen awning and parasols provide shade.

The covered area is furnished with high quality patio furniture so you can enjoy dinner at the BBQ area or perhaps have a drink in the afternoon.

On this level there is also the completely newly built pool lounge with tea kitchen incl. Refrigerator, air conditioning, TV and radio with outdoor speakers.

The pool is equipped with a salt electrolysis system and thus chlorine-free!
