The location is perfect, 4 minutes from the beach-beach access and own access to the wonderful and idyllic lake, ideal sun and Lichtverhälnisse. Close to Best Shoping and Dinning, such as Venetian Village and the Waterside Shops - Philharmonic and Museum
On the spacious, south - southwest oriented 450 sqm sun deck with pool 10.00 x 5.00 m and in the 1. 500 sqm large tropical garden right on the lake you can enjoy the many hours of sunshine in Florida. With fully air-conditioned rooms, an entertainment system, flatscreen televisions, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and beach chairs, this home offers many amenities to make your stay a memorable one!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful villa.All furnishings are of a very high standard including the bathrooms. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of, from the well equipped kitchen to the beach chairs. So peaceful sitting at the pool watching the ducks in the lake.Claudia the property manager was excellent and very patient. We had an issue with our phone and our flight was delayed but she was there waiting for us .The property owners also contacted us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed.Definitely be back !

Wonderful Stay

Home was as described in a quiet private setting with a very nice pool area. Everthing you could possibly need was provided. There was a nice dining area by the pool which we utilized at night. Layout of the home was great as bedrooms and baths were at opposite ends of the house, making for very quiet stay. Beach , groceries and other stores and restaurants within walking distance. The owner had everything labeled with directions to help with getting accustomed very quickly. Very stress free relaxing stay. Thank you.

Disappointed

The house and location was nice BUT we had to pay extra for our usage of electricity! I have never had to do this before. Also the thermostat was preset to 77 degrees and this could not be changed. Florida in late June is very hot and humid. It was just too hot in the house. Also, extra paper towels, toilet tissue and trash bags were not provided. When I asked about these things I was told I would have to purchase them myself. We would not recommend this place unless you don’t mind the above mentioned things.

An all-round excellent property

The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well supplied and everything in perfect working order. The location in North Naples with its private beach access is a huge plus. I can’t fault our visit to this wonderful property. Thanks so much!

Great property in an ideal location

This is one of the best properties we have rented in SW Florida and have been coming to the state for 40 years. Impeccable cleanliness throughout and many of the appliances seem to be brand new. The location is also superb with an excellent restaurant/bar (Hogfish Harry's) in walking distance and a Publix and other shops also in walking distance. Highly recommend T-Michaels fine dining restaurant on Venetian Bay (3 minute drive). Use of a private beach was also a plus although we prefer the beaches in Anna Maria and Marco over Naples. One small gripe was a poor electric BBQ (which was also new but very flimsy and difficult to clean) rather than a conventional gas grill. However, we had a great 2 weeks in the property and can highly recommend it. We will be back!

Ferienhaus mit Pool in Naples

Meine Tochter und ich haben dieses schöne Haus mit Pool in Naples gemietet. Das Haus ist innen und im Poolbereich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Alle Geräte wie Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kaffee- und Spülmaschine usw. haben super funktioniert. Es gab ausreichend Sonnenschirme und -Stühle für den Strand. Wir haben uns in Familie Jägers Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl es keine geschlossene Community war, fühlten wir uns auch sehr sicher. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass es einen privaten Zugang zu einem Strandabschnitt gab, der in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar war. Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren nach Naples und hoffen sehr, dass wir dieses reizende Haus einmal wieder mieten dürfen.

Schöner Urlaub - gerne wieder

Wir waren schon oft in Florida. Hier haben wir uns besonders wohl gefühlt - schon mit der Anreise. Es gibt eine Einführung und Erläuterung zum Haus. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Umgebung sehr schön. Das wir den Strand nicht nutzen konnten lag an dem zuvor herrschenden Hurrikan. Das war halt so ist nicht zu ändern. Rundum toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Sichere Unterkunft während des Hurrikan

Wir waren erneut in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft, welches von der Ausstattung nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Dieses Jahr hat Hurricane Ian das Haus vor Herausforderungen gestellt, die es mit Bravour überstanden hat. Während andere Gebäude in der Nachbarschaft sehr in Mitleidenschaft gezogen wurde, blieb hier alles ohne Beschädigung. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt. Der Vermieter hat sich in dieser Zeit auch ständig nach uns erkundigt. Die Unterkunft bleibt auch in den nächsten Jahren unsere erste Option in Naples.

Perfect stay at perfect house and location!

The house is beautiful, extremely clean & location is fabulous! We went walking every morning to enjoy the area & neighborhood. So many good restaurants in area too. We have been visiting Naples for years but this was definitely our favorite residence. The property manager was excellent, pleasant, knowledgeable & always available Fir a few simple questions. Close to shops, restaurants, beaches and anything you could possibly want or need. Definitely would love to stay at this house again if available for our next trip to Naples area.

Fantastic location and super clean house

The house is located in a really quiet and ideal area. You can walk to the beach or take the car, the private beach entrance is a plus especially in winter when the public parking is overcrowded. The house is also in walking distance to the Venetian village as well as the waterside shops. The house is very clean, well looked after and provides a lot of space.The kitchen is super well stoked with a great selection of glasses. The covered pool area looking at the lake is gorgeous and you can experience amazing sunsets from there. We will definitely book it again.

Excellent property

The house and pool were fabulous. The grounds immaculate and the lake was an added bonus! The Park Shore area is so friendly. We did a lot of walking and the neighbours along the street and on adjacent streets would wave and always speak to us. So unexpected. Felt like home. The location is unbeatable! Close to everything so we didn't need to rent a car. We walked to the grocery store, the drug store, the beach as well as some nice restaurants. Also a quick Uber ride had us downtown, to the zoo and the shopping centre. Katrin & Lothar, the owners, were very responsive as was their property manager, Claudia. Highly recommend this house and location.

Beautiful Naples Home

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Naples. Pictures don't do it justice. Perfectly situated near the beach, restaurants, shopping and much more. The private beach access is extremely convenient as well! Communication with the property owner and management was great throughout. Highly recommend this home. A+

Excellent stay and property. Booking a little confusing, but okay

Quick summary: this is a top-notch property with many pluses. The booking was a little confusing in parts, but I would book here again without hesitation. The house itself is wonderful -- well-maintained outfitted (e.g. very clean; high quality kitchen equipment, bed and bath linens, furnishings both inside and poolside; dinnerware.) Lots of extras to make your stay comfortable: pool toys, beach chairs, beach pass to the neighborhood beach (read: nearby parking!!) Nice, convenient neighborhood. A local manager checks you in and out when you leave, which is very handy to show you around the house. She is also available for any issues. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen - a third is kept locked for the owner's office and stuff. Two full bathrooms with double sinks and roomy showers. The Wifi, HVAC, and pool worked quite well. Lots of TV channels. All well-maintained. Great location - near to beach, restaurants, shopping, west of Tamiami HWY. My only caution is that the booking here is a bit more complicated than other properties we've booked on VRBO, but this should NOT discourage you -- just note the details. Some costs I expect, such as an extra fee to heat the pool. The owner also charges a per-day utility fee, some of which might be reimbursed if you are efficient (we were, and got some back. No issue - I sympathize with the owner about guests who might over-use AC and not be careful leaving windows open, etc.) Others details: the "top line" listing says "sleeps four," but the base price is shown for two people -- additional people are additional daily charges. While this is indicated in the listing, avoid any confusion and reimbursement needs by contacting the owner and indicating when the "extra" people" will actually stay (my sisters were not there the entire time that my husband and I were, and we were reimbursed the difference.) Also: the owner is based in Europe. Paying through VRBO will incur foreign currency transaction fees with his bank, even if your own credit card has no foreign transaction fees. (I wish I had known that - we have other ways of paying for things overseas.) The renter is also charged VAT, which should not happen with a US citizen renting a property in the USA. VRBO should take the lead to facilitate an accurate billing system in such cases. One more thing: we bring tall beach chairs. Theirs are low sand chairs - seniors note! So -- we'd be very happy to book again.

Perfect Property

This home has everything you need for a great vacation! The pool was a big reason we chose this property but it had so much more to offer. Private beach access, close to grocery stores, great dining and shopping nearby, beach toys and chairs provided, and immaculately clean! The owners and manager were wonderful to work with as well. Thank you for a much needed getaway!

Awesome week in Naples

We enjoyed this beautiful house on a lake with a pool. Reality as good or better than the pictures. Large 2 bedroom home super clean and with many nice upgrades and a great pool/lanai area overlooking a lake and lots of ducks. Very organized owner with everything needed including a pass to a private owners beach and parking. Plenty of restaurant choices and nearby shopping. The only drawback (and a minor one ) was there was only 1 TV that was a bit difficult to figure out. We were outside most of the time anyway. Our first time on the West Coast of FL and have no complaints. Thank you Lothar (0wner) and Claudia !

Wonderful clean home

My husband and I rented this beautiful home and had a wonderful time. Upon check - in the home was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach with walking one week over 80 miles! The pool was lovely and watching the ducks in the water behind the home was soothing and enjoyable.

Great Getaway in a Premier Location

The villa is exactly as described; it was clean, comfortable, and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the private Park Shore Beach, and when we were at home, we had a lovely view of the lake. It was great for birdwatching. I am hoping to go back next year. A wonderful vacation!

Geweldig

Wij waren hier 2 jaar geleden ook al geweest. Een geweldige villa met alles er op er aan. Een groot zwembad met een heel groot terras, waarvan ook een heel goed stuk overdekt. Ook het pasje voor het strand is een hele sterke plus voor deze villa. In de garage staan strandstoelen en parasols en koelboxen om in je auto mee te nemen naar het strand. Echt aan alles is gedacht.

This villa has everything you could possibly need. The pool was great and the large patio with lovely views of the lake was enjoyable. The location is convenient and the private beach access is appreciated. The owner has chosen lovely furnishings and accessories to decorate the home. The villa is well-kept and very clean. I love how the owners have organized everything you need to have a great stay in Naples!

A lovely property in a fabulous location

This is a lovely house beautifully decorated and very clean. There is everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped with electrical appliances and glasses etc. The appliances are all excellent quality. We found plenty of beech towels and pool towels, our daughter even found a yoga mat in the garage. However it is the location that is exceptional. The views over the lake are stunning at all times of day, with plenty of bird-life to watch. The sun comes onto the pool area at about 10 am and stays there all day, the covered outside area also offers shade all day. The grounds are immaculate and it is peaceful around the whole lake. The situation is also fantastic, with the beach private beach only a short walk away and the added bonus of a well stocked Publix and Walgreens within a 5 minute walk. We all had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this property.
