Our newly constructed unit in 2020 is a 2,000 square foot unit with 4 bed, 2 full baths. This first floor unit is located directly on the Delaware Bay with no streets to cross !
Walkout onto the immense, covered deck overlooking the Delaware Bay. Come to relax and unwind! The Villas has the best sunsets in New Jersey without all the congestion and overcrowdedness. If you desire a beach vacation without the hustle and bustle then look no further. All that Cape May has to offer is less than 10 minutes away by car. We also have a full second floor unit, 4BR / 2BA to rent, so contact us to determine if the entire property is available to accommodate your larger groups. With that being said, not everyone will qualify to rent our property. We have learned over the years that a screening process is helpful to match guests to the property that will treat it as their own home. I have found that building relationships and catering to our clients is more prudent than renting to those who are not as like-minded as we are. Please contact me when its convenient so we can lock in your vacation dates

This was our 3rd stay at this VRBO house. My family enjoyed it very much, as we brought our dogs to the bay beach and sunsets walks are wonderful. The house had most things we needed, but some items in the kitchen could use replacing. An inconvenience. This was the first year we brought a third generation...a new baby. We brought everything for baby ourselves. The owner did supply beach chairs, umbrella, life vests and kayaks which was very helpful.

Wonderful Week in the Villas

Our family had a great week in this beautiful home. This home is very clean and comfortable and is equipped with everything you need to have a most enjoyable vacation. The view from the deck was so pretty and the sunsets on the bay are stunning! It was a quick trip into Cape May for shopping, dining and swimming beaches. We will definitely return to this home in the Villas!

Beautiful View

Everything was great, we stayed at the Villas for 4 days. Condo was clean, the location was great, and communication with the manager/ owner was easy :) Only thing I would recommend and wish I would have brought were a few good pots/pans, they could have been more higher end-it was super difficult to cook with them-but an easy fix :)

Make Family Memories

Excellent property overlooking Miami Beach and the Delaware Bay. We stayed here in 2021 and came back to an improved experience with kayaks to take out on the bay. Took day trips to Cape May but also enjoyed cooking family meals and eating them on the deck at sunset. Bring binoculars to watch the birds when the sand bars are present! Enjoy a nightly ritual of cocktails on deck and then a beach stroll with your family & pet.

Family summer vacation

We had such a great week at this house that my wife had to pull me off the beach. Perfect quiet beech neighborhood that is just close enough to every to make it convenient but far enough to keep it quiet and low key. The beach it self has great swimming as long as its not low tide which can get a little silty/muddy but the kids had fun finding creatures at low tide. During high tide, the kids had a blast swimming in the calm bay. The house had a paddleboard and some kayaks to use which we enjoyed almost daily. The firepit area was the perfect place to have some a drink as the sun set after the kids went to bed and the deck was a great place to spend time and enjoy the beach when we weren't on it. There was also a baby gate to keep the kids on the deck playing safely on the deck. On the rainy and cooler days, there was plenty of room for the kids to play in the living room. There could have been a few more pots/pans because we stayed in and cooked most nights but we made it work. Overall, the house was amazing, the location was a dream, and we had one of the best family summer vacations here.
