The four season sunroom with a/c and ceiling fan overlook the private yard. The deck off of the sunroom is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach! The second floor has two spacious bedrooms that are furnished with king-sized beds, twin beds are in the third bedroom, and a full-sized futon is in the bonus room. Nearby Joshua Pond is a five minute walk, and has a delightful freshwater swimming area with a beach, restrooms and a walking path. Our idyllic location is one mile to Dowses Beach, two miles to Craigville Beach and we provide a town beach pass to use at all Barnstable beaches. Beach towels and chairs are provided. It is a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Osterville Village and also to the walking paths in nearby Armstrong Kelly Park.
