Check in at 3 pm/check out at 10 am. Linens and bath towel cleaning service included (Guests wash/fold BEACH towels only prior to departure leaving them back in designated areas). Dishwasher can be left full and running (cleaning staff will put all items away). Throw out all trash in designated green bins outside (side of garage) following check out rules.

If beach pass (landlord pass) is lost / stolen or not returned before departure a $500 fee will be assessed to have it replaced.
