Tranquil Cape Getaway

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this gorgeous, immaculate 2-story Cape-style home with four comfortable bedrooms and a huge backyard garden.

The first floor offers gleaming hardwood floors throughout, a newer kitchen with upgraded cabinetry and counters, living room with a gas fireplace, a children-friendly bedroom and a newly added sunroom with an abundance of natural light. You will find three generous size bedrooms and an updated full bath on the second floor. Our outdoor oasis will capture your eyes with plenty of mature plants, a fire pit, a covered deck and a finished shed with a simple workspace.

Floor plan: One bunk bed twin over full at the lower floor is perfect for kids and parents. 3 bedrooms upstairs include 2 queen beds in two of the rooms and two twin beds in one room.
Each level includes a newly renovated full bathroom with shower.
The Great Sunroom offers sitting and entertaining space for you and your families. Plenty of space outside at our outdoor garden for you to enjoy.
Next to our outdoor sitting is a stand-alone office/studio that could give you a separate space to work or meditate. You can also open the door to connect the outdoor space.

Located in mid-Cape Cod at Barnstable, Cotuit village. Our home is right off the bustling Route 28. Easy access to the highway and close to shops. We are close to many tranquil and Barnstable town beaches including Ropes beach, Loops beach, Rileys beach, Dowses Beach and Craigville Beach.

Shawn was great at communicating, answering all questions/concerns quickly. WeMy husband and I have rented many homes on Cape Cod while visiting family and honestly this was a top favorite! A very kind host and the house is set-up perfect for families. We absolutely loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable Cape house. It was exactly as described—cozy, charming, and very comfortable for the six women in our family. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we especially loved gathering for dinner around the large table in the sunroom, which was a highlight of our stay.We did have a little difficulty getting in initially, as I didn’t receive the directions from Vrbo, but once that was sorted out everything went smoothly. The only other downside was the internet speed, which was quite slow and made it difficult to stream a movie without freezing.Overall, it was a lovely home and a great place for our family to spend time together, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Our family stayed on the Cape for a family wedding. Our rental was so warm and cozy, clean and spacious We felt right at home, very family-friendly. Both bathrooms had bidet’s and big walk-in showers. Check in and out was seamless. Host was prompt with messages. Would definitely rebook and stay longer to enjoy the Cape.

Fine place for family overnights

We were in town for a wedding and the home was a perfect retreat and sleeping spot for our family of eight. We did not take advantage of the local attractions except a beach visit one afternoon and the resident parking pass made that easy!

Our favorite stay in Cape Cod

We have been in the area several times over the last 3 years and this home was our favorite. The design style is minimal and calming. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the home and grounds. It was a great visit with our son who is a student at MMA.

Cape Cod Stay

This property was clean and enjoyable for our visit to Cape Cod. The house was very nice and had a spacious kitchen and living room area. There is a cute backyard to spend time in too. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and the access to the property was easy.

Perfect for family visit

We loved this home - perfect for a visit with family. Fenced in yard was great for our pup as well. Lots of gatherings space, plenty of bedrooms. All of the sofas (the whole house actually) were clean and nice and comfortable. The bunk bed room is so cute. And the owners were easy to contact and easy to work with. There is also a great ice cream shop a 3-minute walk down the street - so good. This was a great rental.

Great Spot

The house was clean and so nice that all beds were made when we got there. We were not able to enjoy the wonderful yard or house too much because it was a quick two nights for a Celebration if Life at another location close by. The house was convenient to everything and would certainly come back again. The host responded back when I had questions. Thank you!

Lovely and spacious

They place is great. It has such a nice, big, open first floor. Loved the fireplace. It was a rainy/snowy weekend when we stayed so we didnt get to take advantage of the backyard but that would have really kicked it up a notch as it was all nicely set up with seats, lights, firepit. I did still use the separate meditation room which is such a great bonus space. I didnt realize the back yard (fenced) was backed to the main street-so you could hear it-but otherwise a cute place.

Absolutely beautiful home and terrific stay!

My family and I (including two young children) stayed here in Early May. The home was absolutely beautiful. My kids loved spending time in the garden, yard and the small house in the yard! House was very clean and welcoming. I love that house slippers were provided. Location was convenient for getting to the beach and other attractions. Polar Cove ice cream is right now the road and a must visit. The house itself sits on a quiet road with little through traffic - perfect for us to talk a walk around the neighborhood and safe enough to let our children and dog be outside. Thank you!

Perfect for big families!

Our family (and extended family) needed a place last minute to spend two nights on the Cape for a funeral. This house was perfect for us as it made things MUCH easier than staying in a hotel and provided a place where we could decompress and share some much-needed family time. The house had plenty of room for us to sleep, two updated showers/bathrooms, and the multiple living areas allowed us to "hang" without feeling like we were on top of each other. If the weather were nicer, we would have taken advantage of a great back yard too! (Don't miss out on the super-cool "hang out shed"). Everything was super clean, and the hosts were very communicative. We highly recommend this property!

Excellent house and property, But!

House and grounds rate 5 stars. There were 9 of us, when arriving we noticed only 3 hand towels, 1 in each bathroom and 1 in the kitchen, not enough for 9 people. Also there were no washcloths for showering. When I contacted owner he stated some would be delivered, none were ever supplied. Also more dishes should be supplied since house can accommodate 10 guests. Should also be noted on VRBO what isn’t going to be supplied. There was a strange odor at times coming from ac unit in down stairs bedroom but we lived with that. All these points are rectified definitely a 5+ rated house. Thank you.

This was the perfect place for my friends and I ( 1 pup) to stay for the Cape Cod marathon this year. The house was spacious, clean, and had all the essentials for a convenient and cozy stay. Shawn was communicative and accommodating. Would stay again in the future!

Exceptional property

We have rented at least 6 houses for our Thanksgiving stays on Cape Cod--and this was the best. The house was clean and spacious, with all the amenities you could ask for. The host was very prompt with his replies and a pleasure to work with.
