This beautiful home located in the Mountain View Estates area is designed for relaxation and family gatherings. Life long memories will be created here. 5 Bedrooms, pool table, fenced yard all add up to a fantastic South Lake Tahoe vacation spot.



Are you planning a family gathering? This home has room for everyone at the dining room table and a great kitchen to cook in. Book your trip now!

As you enter the great room your eyes will be drawn to the high vaulted ceiling, distressed timbers, stone surround on the gas fireplace and lots of windows to take in the views. This main floor encompasses the living room with flat screen TV, very well-equipped kitchen, and a dining room table large enough to seat the family (seats 10). A highchair is also available.

The next level up has a kids play area, 4 guest bedrooms and the primary suite:

Bedroom 1 has 1 queen and 1 double bed, ceiling fan, a private bath with shower and a play n pack. There is access to the back yard from this room.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, ceiling fan and shares a jack and jill bath with bedroom 3 this bath has a tub/shower.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV

Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed that is a double down and a single above, flat screen TV.

There is also a full hall bath.

The Primary suite has a CAL king bed, a desk for those that need to work while on vacation and a full bath with soaker tub and separate shower. Flat screen on the wall in the primary

The televisions are all streaming and there is a WIFI booster to increase the connectivity.

The lower level is where the pool table, wet bar and TV viewing lounge is located. There is a laundry room and half bath on the lower level.

This home is intended to be for family and friends to gather and relax in the peaceful mountain air. No parties or disturbances of any kind will be allowed. The Mountain View Retreat is in a quiet neighborhood, and the neighbors are full time residents. It is a short drive to the area locals call the “Y” with shopping, dining and great breweries. Angora Ridge, Tahoe Mountain and Washoe Meadows State Park are close by for hiking and mountain biking. Explore Fallen Leaf Lake and Angora Lakes. Heavenly Ski Resort is approximately 15 minutes away, Sierra At Tahoe 25 minutes, Kirkwood approximately 40.

The beaches along Highway 89 are 15 minutes away, Pope Beach, Camp Richardson, Baldwin Beach. You will also find walking trails, the Tallac Historic Sites, and many other favorite visitors destinations along this stretch.

2 Car garage is accessible, and there is storage for your skis or boards.

The backyard includes a covered porch with BBQ There are also terraced nooks to sit and relax and breath in the fresh mountain air.

The kitchen is enhanced by a 6 burner gas stove, granite counters, spacious bar with bar stools. The kitchen is well equipped-the homeowner loves to cook. There is also a gas BBQ on the porch off the kitchen.



When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared.

Clean and modern home in a quiet area that was still close to everything we wanted to do in Tahoe. The layout was comfortable for a large group, with room for both solo time and time together. The kitchen and grill had everything we needed to cook every meal. Staff communication was fast and prompt, even through some amenity troubles.

Thank you! Yes unfortunately the majority of homes in Tahoe do not have AC, historically we didn't need that, but times are changing. We do try to supply a lot of fans.

Wonderful Tahome!

Our group had a wonderful stay here! From the moment we walked in, the home gave us a warm welcome with its inviting aesthetic and spacious layout. Every part of the house was enjoyed.The location was quiet and peaceful, with a great view of the mountains. Easy drives to everywhere we wanted to go, including the lake, grocery store, restaurants, and state line.The home itself was a big highlight to our trip as we spent some good, quality time in it. Beautiful house, spacious, and modern. Had a great time with family, although there was no snow. Plenty of room for the kids to play and hang out. However, the few things that cost a full star review were the oven mitts were dirty, and there were no wine glasses or enough champagne glasses that I wanted to use to celebrate my anniversary. I only found two old plastic ones to use. Overall, great house, clean, and spacious.

nice cabin, had some issues with washing machine and dryer. they could put blinds on big window in family room, very sunny and hot with no a/c. nicely decorated and clean (except for ceiling fans) the curtain rod broke on us but the response time to replace was exceptional. host was very responsive and that was nice

Summer Bachelor Trip

Came up with some friends for a bachelor trip over the summer to boat on Lake Tahoe, attend the ACC Golf Championship, and explore South Lake Tahoe. This house was very accommodating to our group and had an amazing and spacious layout, as well as great amenities. The hosts were gracious enough to allow us to have an earlier check-in and a late check-out that worked with our groups travel plans. We will be looking to see if this place is open next time we come visit South Lake Tahoe!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our Coyote Ridge rental SO much! The house was absolutely stunning, very clean, exactly as advertised. There were plenty of amenities including a wonderful hot tub, towels, paper products, etc. The location is just a couple of minutes from the main strip and the neighborhood was perfect. Can't wait to come back.

Great getaway!

Lots of overgrown weeds out in front of the front door and on the walkway by the hot tub, the weeds on the rear patio made it uncomfortable to use the spa, knee high weeds to walk through. No cushions for any of the outdoor furniture and the table on the deck was in disrepair. The house was perfect for our entire family to share and enjoy.

Lovely House with great ammenities

Stayed here with my family of 12 people and had a wonderful stay in this home. We found that the kitchen was very well equipped and all the amenities like the pool table, bbq, and hot tub were very well maintained. Genuinely one of the nicest short term rentals I've been to in recent time. Would recommend this place! Fair warning if you come here during the summer there is no AC but the house stayed pretty cool during the heat wave and there were extra large fans in the laundry room which was much appreciated. Also the room with the two "Queen Beds" are actually Full/Double beds just a heads up.

Spacious Entertainment

This was one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed at in terms of the qualities of amenities in the house, and the amount of entertainment the house had to offer.There was tons of space, and everything including the hot tub and pool table was in working order.The kitchen was stocked well with various kitchen tools and appliances. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this rental again.The only thing that I would recommend improving on is providing snow shovels in case the snow removal service can’t get to the property for a while.

Perfect House for the Whole Family

The property was perfect for our family Christmas gathering. Beautiful unobstructed views of the mountains. Backyard had a nice hill for the kids to go sledding. There was plenty of space for 8 adults and 3 toddlers and we never felt crowded. Huge open floor plan on the main floor with high vaulted ceilings made it feel enormous plus three separate gathering areas. Perfectly located close to the village and both heavenly and sierra for skiing. The place was extremely clean and very well equipped with pots, pans, and everything you need to cook meals! Property manager was also incredibly responsive to any inquiries. Highly recommend!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great with the property and the management company. The only issue we had with the home was we couldn't get the living room fireplace to work. We called management but they did not have a solution for it.

For such a large house there was a small patio out front broken furniture and no cushions. Small back patio with a few chairs so not able to fit many people outside. We appreciate the feedback, we have purchased cushions and "weed whacked" the yard. It is natural landscaped not grass.

Great Winter Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This House was amazing! It has a well stocked Kitchen, well stocked with the basic necessities that you would need during a stay. This house is in a great location. Loved that there were toys for the kids to play with. We had no complaints with this property, In fact this is our most favorite property that we stayed so far and we have been doing a cabin trip with family every February for about 6 years. The management company that takes care of the property is easy to communicate with great costumer service. This house will defiantly stay on the list of homes that we will look at for our future getaways.

The property overall was good and clean. Kitchen and downstairs are were spacious, good for small children. The negative was lack of AC, climate change is making temperature hotter. extra fans would have helped. Not delivered when requested. The front and back yard can be landscaped better for children to play. They looked untended.
