The Breakers Villas, located directly on the beach, offer comfortable 1-bedroom accommodations perfect for singles, couples, and small families. The complex boasts an adult and children's swimming pool, a spacious patio with chaises and tables, and beach access. Guests of 216 Breakers can enjoy stunning oceanfront views from their private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living room, which features a Queen Sleep Sofa and Flat Screen TV. The villa is furnished with a Queen bed, a 32" Flat Screen TV, hall bath with Tub/Shower combo, and stackable washer & dryer. The recent addition of two elevators ensures easy access for guests. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Beyond the beach, Breakers is located across the street from Coligny Plaza, a shopping center with a movie theater, nearly fifty shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of numerous other stores and restaurants. The Van Der Meer Tennis Center, which offers seventeen courts, is less than a mile away, and you'll find a myriad of biking trails nearby as well.

Additionally, this stretch of beach includes Coligny Beach Park, with walking and biking paths, volleyball nets, a splash pad for kids, and gazebos with rockers and porch swings perfect for watching the sunrise over the Atlantic. The Breakers Villas provide the perfect location to relax and enjoy the beach and all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

Fantastic location! Beautiful view of beach from inside and on the balcony of the property. Walks on either side of the balcony blocked the wind and so with the sun shining in, even in February we could enjoy being warm. I would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed and three units in the breakers and overall this one has been our favorite. It is a good location in the complex, with great views. It was clean, comfortable and had a nice layout. The kitchen was attractive and had good amenities. The deck flooring was a newer synthetic wood and was smooth and comfortable. The bottom line is we will return and that says it all.

Great location. Love the addition of the elevators. We were granted early check in which was wonderful. Really appreciated that. Sliding doors need work- very hard to open.

Great locstion

Location was great. Property was well furnished, nice touch having extras like towels, bags, etc for our convince. Bathroom and kitchen was very clean but the rest of the condo could have been better. Was disappointed that the tv was not a art tv, we like to watch Netflix and prime in the evenings.

Great Location

Our stay was great. We had a wonderful time. As far as the room goes it was very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. The shower was GREAT. A combination of the water pressure and the shower head. Best ever. The sliding door to the balcony was really hard to open and close but we managed. Perfect location for the beach, shopping and all great restaurants were within walking distance. Parked when we arrived and never got in the vehicle again until we left. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Enjoyed the view, beach & short walk to restaurants. Had a power outage & lost internet for a few days but rental company was very helpful & got us up & running. Balcony sliding door was difficult to open, track needs cleaned or oiled. Took a few days to figure out combo washer/dryer. I would recommend this place for a couple, not someone with kids.

Great Location

Small condo suitable for 2 people. Great location and super convenient to beach. Condo nicely fully equipped. The dryer didn’t seem to dry properly so not sure what was going on with that. Bed and furniture is a bit aged but trip was really about the beach. I was able to reserve this condo after another rental in this same building fell through so it was not my first choice but it served its purpose.

Not really sure you could call it a bedroom since it didn't have a closet. Very little storage.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was wonderful and view was great. We walked to the grocery store, shops, ice cream paroles and restaurants. The condo was too small for my family. Also Would have liked if there was a few more things in the kitchen, such as salt & pepper, plastic wrap etc. We went to the pool everyday and every evening and I don’t think it was cleaned the whole week we were there. Garbage by the pool was overflowing for a few days before being emptied. Over all we had a good week.

Love the ocean view above the trees!The unit needs attention:1- Replace defective electrical outlet on kitchen peninsula (bar).2-Replace defective outlet behind end table closest to sliding door.3-bathroom sink drains VERY slowly.4-Need better written instructions about TV sound. Two controllers control sound, much time wasted because one controller was muted5-Tiny bathroom needs more door or wall hooks for towels, etc.6- Need plastic garbage bean liners provided upon arrival.

Location, Location, Location

The condo was beach front with a great view. The condo is great for 2 people. A few minor items keep me from giving the property a 5. They were not big but they did exist. The ice maker produced good quality ice but the ice turned into one big mass by the end of each day. Turned freezer colder but it did not help. The WiFi only worked about 50% of the time. It came and went each day. The tv should be upgraded so that you could use streaming apps. I would rent this condo again without hesitation but correcting these small items would enhance my stay.

Hard to keep up with all the sand and laundry while in and out. Balcony view perfect of the ocean. Watch out for the crows tho that steal food right from your hand on the balcony and semi terrorize you by the pool lol. Large pool heated and small kiddie pool nice for an infant. Room was nice, few flaws but nothing major. Place is right outside coligny plaza so we walked to all the restaurants and shops daily. Bedroom fit our infants pack n play with enough room to still move around. Overall great first time experience. Would definitely visit again.

The property was great! Good view - super convenient to the area! The hot water heater was broke upon arrival - they got it fixed for us, but we went a couple days without- we thought the hot water heater was fixed but it only allowed for a 10 -15 min shower and it got cold - we would have to take turns showering and then waiting between showers to have hot water -the property manager was contacted about this but after we told him there was no follow up and the last we spoke it was “I’ve known the guy who fixed it for years” & we ended up just having to deal with it, because he never got back with us - customer service was a bust I felt completely dismissed & that what I needed didn’t matter

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Incredible location.. oceanfront.. clear, unobstructed view with just enough vegetation and a Lonesome Pine to provide cover for beautiful bird song of Carolina wren, cardinals, titmouse, and more from balcony. Beautiful and unique sunrise views each morning & throughout day. Starlit nites. Coligny shops across from entry to Breakers with watchful security guard onsite. Single traveler & always felt safe. The all new flooring throughout unit provides clean, welcome feeling. Large rug needs replaced or removed. Couch may need replaced. Nice countertop, & assortment of pans & utensils for cooking. Stayed twice as long this year as last year, and reserved twice as long next year as this year. Hilton Head Rental staff are professional, always available & extremely helpful, with on point follow thru when responding to questions & requests. I only rent thru them when staying at HH.
