The spacious 1-bedroom, 2-bath retreat boasts modern comforts—king bed, memory foam sofa bed, and a beautifully appointed living space. Hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances create an inviting atmosphere. Unwind on the balcony, relishing panoramic views.

* Breakfast bar; dining table seating for 4. 

* New 50” smart TV in living room,  sofa bed, sliding door to balcony with a table and seating for 4. Bedroom has a king bed, flat screen tv, attached large private bath vanity in master bedroom.  Cable TV in bedroom. Cable TV and Smart TV Streaming services available in living room. Super high speed internet provided. Perfect for remote working too.



With Condo:

* Beach locker with Beach supplies

* Two Pools, Hot tub 

* Private resort walking path to beach,  sun bed area, shared gas grill, oceanfront front resort with beach beyond the pool area. 

* Hot tub is heated and available all year. Pool is heated from March 15 - April 30, and Oct 15 - Nov 30.

* No security deposit is required. 

* Beach locker with beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys.  *Bring your own beach towels

HOUSE RULES



* Signed reservation agreement & ID required

* No pets (not allowed by the association)

* PALMETTO DUNES ACCESS: Palmetto Dunes fee for parking to be paid by guest to Palmetto Dunes security office upon arrival.  This parking fee is not included in your condo rental reservation. 

* CHECK-IN is anytime after 4PM; Checkout is 10AM.

* No smoking.  No parties or events. Not to exceed max guests.

* Follow CHECK-OUT list.  

* 4 Towels provided. Linens provided for King Bed. Queen sofabed linens are also included in the reservation.



7 day minimum, Sunday check-in / out during summer. You can see the ocean water from the condo, but not the sand on the beach.
