There are 2 pools on the property (one outside the back door and the other across the parking lot) that is fenced in with a keycode to access the pool. There is a maximum of 2 cars permitted to park on the property (but plenty of parking spaces!) There is a Hilton Head noise regulation for the entire island: It is unlawful to unreasonable disturb the peace and quiet of those in their homes & public spaces; quiet hours are between 10:00p and 7:00a though noise regulations are in force 24 hours each day.
