The kitchen is fully stocked with a full size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, microwave as well as tableware, pans and utensils. As a bonus, there is a shared balcony with privacy fence to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink outside. The pool is within 30 feet of the unit just down the back steps of the balcony. The first floor features wood look luxury vinyl flooring, a 65" smart TV, games, books and a closet filled with everything for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, wagon, games and toys. The laundry includes a full sized washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, the master bedroom ensuite features a king size bed with a new Sleep Number mattress along with a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, a smart Tv and a view of the pool. The guest bedroom includes one queen bed and one full bed, a TV with cable and a full bath with a bathtub/shower combo.'

Courtside Villa guests have access to two onsite swimming pools as well as complimentary tennis at Van Der Mer Tennis Center (one hour a day with reservations). The condo entry is located on the second floor. Parking is directly in front of the condo.

Courtside is located just a two block walk to the beach access on South Forest Beach, and less than a mile from Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and the Low Country Celebration Park. A wide selection of restaurants, shopping boutiques and entertainment are nearby.

Rent bikes and explore over 50 miles of bike paths and nature trails, play golf at one of 30 championship golf courses, play tennis at Van Der Mer Tennis or spend the day at the beach. Beach towels, coolers, beach toys and games are available in the condo. Visit Harbour Town, Shelter Cove and South Beach Marina for dining, shops and water sports. We have enjoyed our condo for years and are happy to be sharing it with others.

There are 2 pools on the property (one outside the back door and the other across the parking lot) that is fenced in with a keycode to access the pool. There is a maximum of 2 cars permitted to park on the property (but plenty of parking spaces!) There is a Hilton Head noise regulation for the entire island: It is unlawful to unreasonable disturb the peace and quiet of those in their homes & public spaces; quiet hours are between 10:00p and 7:00a though noise regulations are in force 24 hours each day.
