Panoramic paradise ocean beach front/steps to beach/heated pool condo!!

Ocean Dunes Villas (#209) - The living room area has a sliding door to the resort pool/ocean view balcony, making it the perfect place to relax amid new, upscale furnishings and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The recently renovated Kitchen/Dining area features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a large dining bar (island).
The master bedroom has a cozy, beach atmosphere with a comfortable King size bed with one of the top quality mattress (10/2020) and private bath. Both the master and guest bathrooms were totally renovated in 2019. The master bath has a new tile tub, toilet, and a granite sink countertop.
The guest/second bedroom has a brand new queen size bed with one of the best quality mattress and the guest bath features a walk-in tile shower with a frameless clear glass door and a granite countertop.
The unit also includes a Pack'N Play and an outdoor shower by the pool to clean off all the fun you had on the beach. The swimming pool is next to the boardwalk, right on the way back to the unit. If you would like to book for 3 nights or less, please send an inquiry. If the schedule permits, we will make accommodations for a shorter stay than the four night minimum policy.
According to our guests' review, "Waking up to the view was priceless and the location is steps to the beach and everything you need on the island is within a few minutes."

Yuni was a great host! The property had a few issues which were scheduled to be addressed the week after I was leaving, and she was very responsive when I mentioned these issues and was very communicative about how things were being repaired and was grateful for my help. The property and location itself are beautiful and only a few steps from the beach. It sounds like she is doing quite a bit of repair and getting new furnishings so I’m sure it will be lovely when it is all done.

I recommend your husband to be a home inspector in minor daily issues. Thank you for changing the batteries of keypad door lock! You never know when that batteries would go down so we keep the extra batteries in a special drawer. Wonderful to have an oceanfront property but the salty water eats up the metal part in everything. The property was a little more cramped than expected, but overall we had a pleasant stay. Beds were extremely comfortable! I would recommend getting to the beach to secure the rented chairs and umbrella, we found that only one beach chair that came with the property was usable.

Yes, Oceanfront condos with more roomy, are available but you have to pay a lot more money. A family with 2 kids are I have kept the same price for our condo for past 5 years in spite of everything tripled. That is why the turnover of ownership is very high. We continues to replace the Beach chairs due to salty water eats up the metal parts. Many owners stopped providing them for the same reason.

Great location and clean quiet and comfortable condo for 2 adults and 3 kids with easy beach access and loved use of two provided bikes. Host responsive and accommodating. One suggestion would be to get a new king mattress. Too soft and dips in the middle.

Although our unit was not advertised as handicapped accessible, nor did we request or require an accessible unit, I was impressed by the fact there was a ramp to the exterior facility, elevator, wide pneumatic tired wheelchair, and a hoyer lift for the pool for those who do need it. The second bedroom was small for adults with suitcases, but is suitable for children. The primary bathroom shower design was a source of frustration as water leaked onto floor. Good location, within walking distance to Coligny Plaza for dining and shopping. Overall 4 star choice.

Thank you terry for your review and feedback. We used to have a bath/shower glass door like our 2nd walk in shower frameless door. Some parents with small children's, suggested that the tub is very useful for bathing children but changing to curtain will be safer than the glass door for the young children. So we removed the door and put the double curtains. It shouldn’t be leaking if you Keep the liner inside and outer curtain stays out. I need to see about this bc no one has given the negative feedback on our tile shower/tub leaking. Yuni owner

I stayed here for a full month while working in Hilton Head, and this condo was the perfect home base. It was comfortable, clean, and wonderfully quiet — a peaceful place to return to at the end of each day.The beautiful sunrises were one of the highlights of my stay. Starting the morning with that view made the whole experience even more special.The owner was also very responsive whenever I needed anything, which gave me great peace of mind during a long stay. The space was well‑kept and truly felt like a home away from home.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, welcoming place on the island.

The view from the deck was GREAT. The host was very easy to deal with and responded quickly each time I reached out. We had 4 adults and had plenty of room, and we were close to all things we wanted to do ( especially the beach!!)

Every thing matches the pictures and description. Lovely view, easy walk to the beach. I loved the location as you could walk to the nearby Coligny Plaza. Owner also had new bikes that we had hoped to use; however we did not have the best weather. Highly recommend.

Fantastic view and location! Easy walk to the beach and pool. Loved the showers on the way back from the beach to rinse off. Beach chairs are available to rent right on the beach. Lifeguard is out in front of the beach. Great spot for families!Parking spots were always available.

Wonderful communication from host. Place is exactly as described and has a stunning view!! Very clean and a good amount by of supplies are provided. Owner immediately responded to any communication and even provided new beach chairs and a mattress topper to make our stay comfortable without us even asking. The bikes were amazing, everything in good working order. Would love to stay again! Would highly recommend staying here!!!

Sunny spring days

View of ocean and heated pool both wonderful. A little small. Ideal for a couple with 1child. Location has everything in the area. Owner pleasant to work with.

Scott, thank you for your great review! 2 beds and 2 bathrooms oceanfront condo in a slice of paradise with the short distant access to the beach isn't considered as small. The guests can choose the bigger places without direct beach access so must drive or walk to the public access to the beach. Also, some beachfront homes are available for the big family and beachfront 3-bedroom roomy condos are available, but both are very costly. most of the beachfront condos are one bed/bath, many guests choose it to pay less but has all the amenities. Just come down to the best beach with the various choices based on your needs! yuni owner

October get a way

Thak God for the view because the furnishings looked and felt like they came from a second hand store. The renovations were obviously DIY and not very proficient DIY. The mattresses were the worst. I felt like i was sleeping in a trench. The view was spectacular though.

I hired a professional renovating company from hilton head spent over $30000.00 in 2024. most of the furniture are new from rooms to go! I upgraded our queen couch bed in living room for the comfort. Yuni owner

Great location! Clean apartment! Beautiful view! Beds need a serious upgrade! Nobody slept well due to the beds, and woke up sore every morning. Overall, still a good stay!

My family and I enjoyed staying here. It was our first time at Hilton Head. The condo was very clean, the location was perfect, and steps from the beach as described. We were able to view beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our balcony. The recliner rocker was nice to have to rock our little one to sleep at night and for naps. The condo owner, Yuni, was very kind and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Thanks, Yuni! I was surprised at how well-stocked the condo was with complimentary items like body wash, soap, shampoo, etc. It was stocked better than a hotel, and for less.We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend this place to family and friends.
