Great condo

I had a fantastic stay with my family! The place was spotless and very well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. We also felt very safe during my stay, which made the experience even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

Amazing property & property manager

I highly recommend staying at this property. Great location, comfortably accommodated our family of 10 and the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We had full access to the resort swimming pool, fitness center and spa.

Amazing

Everything about our stay here was amazing! The host was the most responsive Iā€™ve ever dealt with. We got in very late, Josselyn stayed in touch with us until we made it into the property at 245 in the morning! We will be saving this property for future visits.

Fantastic location in PR

The condo was an amazing home base for our PR vacation. The whole house generator worked so well we didnā€™t know the power was out. The shower water pressure was great and the beds were comfy. The AC worked great. Josselyn was a wonderful host! She arranged for cribs and high chair for the little ones, answered all our questions and made great recommendations for the area. Itā€™s a quick drive to the beach and the rain forest. The pool and playground are so close which is great for families. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Very relaxing!

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was very responsive. She welcomed us as we arrived, making sure that we had no problems gaining access to the apartment. The neighborhood pool across the street was convenient for a quick dip, and the community pool adjacent to the beach was very nice. Only recommendation for improvement would be to include a golf cart with the rental. The owner did connect us to someone who rented golf carts, so we were able to use one while we were there. Thank you!

Fantastic villa

Having stayed in the villas before, we already had some idea of what to expect. That said, this villa, along with property manager Josselyn, far surpassed our expectations. I believe this might be one of the newer units, as everything was in perfect condition and the villa was very well appointed. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and cookware. And a nice grill and heavy duty blender were welcome extras. The beds were all very comfortable and the abundance of bathrooms and showers meant our large group could get out the door quickly. We LOVED our stay here and will definitely be recommending Josselyn to friends and family.

Everything was perfect. Plenty of room for our of family of 6 plus my 11 month old grandson Having a bathroom in each bedroom was great. Kitchen had everything we needed, coffee maker was essential. We asked about a high- chair and it was there when we arrived. We rented a golf cart for making trips to beach and resort We bought a walker for my grandson and he was running all over. A big plus is having one level Overall everything was great Would definitely return again

Riot Mar community

The property was clean and spacious mind you it was a party of 10 and we had plenty of room. There were plenty of towels and bathrooms for everyone. The unit itself was very close to what the pictures show. Immaculate views of the surrounding areas. The only hiccup was when we attempted to exit the complex on the last day to go to the airport, the property manager was not attentive and did not respond on time with instructions on how to exit the property. We were attempting to be granted access on the pin pad to exit the complex. Besides this minor set back the place and the stay was great.

Beautiful getaway

Our family just came back from vacationing right before thanksgiving from this property. We are the first visitors as itā€™s a new listing on VRBO. I was hesitant about booking not seeing any reviews but ultimately the space, size of beds, number of bathrooms, couch space and being inside this resort led to our decision to give it a try. We loved our time there waking up, having our coffee and breakfast and actually most meals outside viewing the tranquil beauty of the resort area, ocean and the iguanas sunning themselves at the top of the bushes/trees. We rented 8 years ago from another condo inside the Wyndham but now that kids older , we needed more space plus our daughterā€™s friend came with as our daughterā€™s 16th bday present. This condo worked great for us and the pictures reflect exactly as you will see inside and out. We wanted to be in this area again as it was close and convenient to many excursions. There were some condos that were more updated than this one but It worked for our needs. Beds were comfortable, pillows a bit soft unless you like that, shower pressures great, air units in every room which could be a bit noisy but overall it kept the place very cool and comfortable. Gas grill was perfect too. We did use the local pool right outside the unit when wanted quick trip and just couple hours to unwind. The hot tub there isnā€™t heated, only jets which seems silly so we didnā€™t use it. Otherwise, we hit the beach pool and mostly the beach. The hot tub at beach pool wasnā€™t working either as it was awaiting parts to fix it. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils and supplies, good amount of spices. I did ask for more toilet paper in upfront part of trip as Josselyn had reached out to ask if we needed anything. She was always available to contact and responded very quickly to my questions. Much appreciated all of her help and suggestions. Beach area has lounge chairs to use so you donā€™t necessarily need to bring the ones from condo unless you want actual chairs to sit in or plop near the water which we did as well. Overall, we had a blast there in Puerto Rico and could have stayed longer than 7 days. We did many different excursions from the rainforest, to horse back riding, bio bay out of fajardo and San Juan fort along with venturing local foods. Adding a golf cart would be awesome to have with this unit vs. driving our rental car to beach.
