Located on 37th Street next to the Ocean City Convention Center, you’ll enjoy easy walking access to the beach plus year-round favorites like Seacrets, Coconuts, and Shotti’s — all just blocks away.

Cleanliness You Can Trust

Freshly laundered linens and bath towels are provided for every guest.

Unlike many short-term rentals that only wash blankets when visibly soiled, we wash all bedding — including quilts — between every stay.

We self-manage and clean the condo the way we would for our own family. Attention to detail matters.

Lovely property convenient to beach with harbor views! We had a very nice stay there. We appreciated how clean the place was and the great communication with the hosts. It was so nice to look out over the harbor from the porch and also be able to easily walk to the beach.

This was our first time visiting Ocean City, MD and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing—no surprises, just as advertised. The location was perfect: close to the beach, community pool and walking distance to many things - overall exactly what we hoped for and relaxing.The owner was wonderful to communicate with—responsive, helpful, accomodating, and thoughtful about making sure guests have a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this rental and would absolutely stay again with our family.

Central Location

The condo was very nice, clean and well maintained. The complex and condo was very easy to find and the checkin was seamless. We enjoyed the complex’s location on the bay and saw some great sunsets. There was a short walk to the beach although it was across a busy road- but completely manageable.

Great weekend away!

We had a terrific time at the condo. It was clean and ready for us. We stayed because of a music festival at the end of the boardwalk. We were able to enjoy some time on the beach, as well as go to close by restaurants and bars. Eva was great and responded right away to any questions! We would definitely go back and stay there.

Annual OC vacation

This was our second time staying in this beautiful condo. The hosts were very responsive and the property is well kept. My kids love staying here. Just a short 0.7 mile walk to the beach, or the bus stops right next to the condo. My kids enjoyed the games. My husband and I spent mornings and evenings on the balcony. We will definitely be back next year.

Awesome!

Things place was awesome! Very clean and description is 100 accurate. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very accessible. Neighbors are very friendly also. Pool was great and the beach is literally across the street. Very very happy and will be looking to book this place again!

Exactly as Pictured

We had a wonderful vacation here at this beautiful home! The home was very clean as advertised. Location was perfect as we were across the street from the ocean with a beach and very close walking distance to Jolly Roger offering a water park, mini golf and go carts. The pool was wonderful and the people living int he community made you feel at home. The owners were also very quick to respond to any questions. We would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect spot for our beach trip

We stayed at Eva's property over fourth of July weekend and it was perfection! The place was extremely clean, well lit, great temperature and had enough space for all of us to feel comfortable for the trip! We especially loved the pool being so clean and right on the bay - it was an amazing view! Extremely short walk to the beach from her place and walkable to a bunch of things in the surrounding area. Parking was never an issue as we had assigned spots and if we needed anything at all, Eva was readily available. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a great spot near a great beach!

Everything you could want in an Ocean City stay!

This is an amazing property. 1 block from beach with bay view from balcony. Owners have thought of everything from a kitchen full of utensils, flatware and appliances. Three large screen TVs, and even a Foosball table! Appears to be recently renovated. Very clean. Linens and towels included is huge plus. Pool with nice view of the bay. 2 parking spots included. Would definitely come back here

Stress Free Ocean Getaway

The condo is beautiful and very clean. We decided to VRBO instead of staying in a hotel for our yearly OC trip. Best decision ever! The property owners literally thought of everything from laundry pods and dishwashing pods to extra trash bags. We had such a great time. On our rainy day, the kids, my husband and I played games that were provided and worked on a puzzle. It was peaceful and perfect walking distance from the boardwalk and Speed-world. We will definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a stress free getaway, stay here.

Amazing!!

Everything about this place makes a person feel right at home. Brand new, immaculately clean and comfortable. Appliances, air conditioning and TV were super easy to use and all in top working order; the water pressure in the shower was just perfect. Totally exceeded my expectations and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. You can tell Eva and Greg care about their guests and their rental property bc there are detailed instructions on how to use the washer/dryer where to go for fun while in OC as well as clear check in check out procedure. Highly recommend!!

Perfect location in OC for your family!!

My family and I really enjoyed this spot on the bayside. It was clean, close to restaurants, stores and of course right across the street from the ocean. Everyone was friendly and respectfully quiet. The outside patio was my favorite. The breeze was perfect! We enjoyed the pool area as well. It overlooks the Bayside which is super pretty especially when the sun is setting. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. Plenty of space for seating, we had a football competition and there was even ring toss out on the patio. The beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed. Those are hard to find and it was nice and comfy. Eva was great from the very beginning of booking until the end of our visit. Everything went nice and smooth. We will definitely return! Enjoy!!

Fantastic condo in a great location

This condo was fantastic and was perfect for me and my 12 and 14 year old kids for the week. It’s large and clean with a cool mix of being modern and beachy all at the same time. The balcony is humongous and we got to watch 2 crazy thunderstorms from there over the week. The kids (and me too!) loved the foosball table and I thought that was a unique addition. The pool was also nice and never crowded. What stood out most is that the owners thought of literally everything. Directions for everything from arrival to departure were super clear (and reasonable) and they even left dishwasher and laundry detergent pods for us to use. We flew across the country for this trip and having all of those type if things (not to mention the included linens) was a huge help. Lastly, the water pressure in the showers was great, which is something I am always snobby about :) I have nothing but good things to say and will definitely be coming here again next time we are in town.

The apartment was as described but the rules were a bait and switch along with supplies. See the rules we only found out about once we got there. I am not going on vacation to do someone else's laundry, strip their beds (optional), take out all the trash (down 3 flights of steps). We were leaving early on our last day and I had no time for this. We did take loads of trash down when we went out but she only gave us two trashbags so we had to use our grocery bags. She tells you to do all your dishes but leaves 3 dishwasher pods for four people for 6 days. I hand washed a lot. She left three laundry pods and wants you to use them for her laundry. Fortunately I brought my own. Then we arrive and there is 1 ounce of shampoo, 1 ounce of conditioner and a tiny bar of soap in each bathroom for 6 days. I asked her about this to get more and she went radio silent. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy this too. If we need to bring our own supplies, make that clear upfront as having to drive to the grocery store multiple times to restock her supplies was not in our plans. The web write up says nobody over 160 pounds on the top bunk. This note says 150 pounds. My tiny gymnast adult daughter who still weighs under 150 pounds was going to sleep there but it was so shakey it felt unsafe. She slept on the sofa pull out with a mattress you could feel the springs through the mattress. If it was not for the bait and switch, I'd give this place a much higher score.

Amazing stay! Super clean!

This home away from home was absolutely amazing! Appliances, cabinets, bedding, etc are all brand new. We walked in and it was super clean and smelled so fresh. The owner left dishwasher & laundry pods for our use. Linens and towels are available if you don’t bring your own. My kids loved the fooseball table in the living room and it was something fun to do on a rainy day! Board games available as well. Pool at the complex was nice to come back to after a day on the beach. It is a third floor unit, but the view of the bay from the balcony is worth it. Great location! In walking distance to Jolly Roger Splash Mountain, Amusements and Speedway. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to return!

I am a Maryland native, although I have lived in many other states and countries, but I am glad to be back home. I have an amazing husband and 4 awesome children. My younger two are teenagers, and my older two are in college. We love spending our summers at the beach. As my kids are older now, we hope to share our condo with others so they can build amazing memories like we have been able to do for many years.

The ocean is my happy place. Growing up, my family spent a lot of summers visiting Ocean City. My children and I have visited many beaches across the East Coast, but my heart is always in Ocean City. We have spent months renovating and furnishing this property for it to be enjoyed by us and for our guests for many years to come.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I was drawn to this property because of its incredible location. We are located in midtown, and can walk to anything. My kids and husband wake up early for breakfast at Barn 59. We enjoy dinner at Schotti's. During the day we venture further up and down Coastal Hwy. We are next door to the convention center. Five minutes from the beach. Two minutes from the bay. We have Rita's up the block, Coconuts across the street, and so many cute shops.
