The Thunder Island condominium complex offers a bay front outdoor pool (POOL DOES NOT OPEN UNTIL THE SATURDAY OF MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND AND CLOSES IN EARLY SEPTEMBER AFTER LABOR DAY) overlooking docks and boat/jet ski slips (nominal fee for slips and trailer parking - to dock your boat and an additional to park your trailer). IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BRINGING YOUR BOAT FOR YOUR VACATION, THERE IS A REGISTRATION FORM THAT MUST BE COMPLETED AND PROVIDED WITH ADDITIONAL FEE ($100 per week to dock your boat and $100 to park your trailer on the back lot), TO THE DOCKMASTER UPON ARRIVAL. EVENT TRAILERS - Cruisin' Weekend, Bike Week, etc. New in Spring - 2024 - Trailers are limited to 25' and under. Trailers must be registered upon arrival, and there is a $100 fee to park your trailer for up to 3 days and $200 for 4 - 7 days.

Security on property from 8 pm - 4 am on off-season Event weekends and every weekend from Memorial Day - Labor Day weekend.

This is an ideal mid-town location, close to everything. Within sight of the ocean, yet far enough away from the Coastal Highway noise. It is a short 2 block walk to beach; you can safely cross Coastal Highway in the pedestrian crosswalk. It is within walking distance to many area attractions including the Boardwalk, Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, Coconuts, Seacrets, and other restaurants and shops. It is only a short drive to Ocean Downs Casino.
