Oceanfront retreat! Beautiful, newly renovated in family friendly Surfside Beach

Ready for a slice of heaven? Experience a beachfront vacation in our newly renovated 3 bed/2 bath condo. Beautifully decorated with new flooring, granite, cabinets, and SS appliances, the view is spectacular from the 3rd floor! The oceanfront balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. Just steps to the beach and pool!!!

Well stocked kitchen - including a Keurig, Crockpot, skillet, pots, pans, blender, pellet ice machine, glass Tupperware, stocked coffee/tea bar with creamer and sugars and so much more!

Smart TVs are in the living room and all 3 bedrooms with complimentary Netflix. Your rental includes utilities, linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach/pool toys. The home is equipped for babies/toddlers with a highchair, pack-n-play, foam puzzle mats for the floor and baby toys. There are books, games, cards, and puzzles in the living room and the room with the bunk beds. Available as a courtesy to use during your stay, we've placed phone chargers (iPhone and Android) in the living room, coffee station, and 2 bedrooms for your convenience. We offer dishwasher pods and detergent pods for washing clothes.

We worked hard in providing a charming, clean, and comfortable condo for your pleasure and ask that you take care of it like yours own. We will work closely with all of our guests to ensure a wonderful stay! PLEASE NOTE: There is no elevator. We are on the 3rd floor, and you'll have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The bottom floor is a parking garage.

Parking is limited (1) car allowed under the covered parking (marked 301) and first come, first serve in the uncovered spaces in the front of the condo. Public parking nearby. Surfside does not allow street parking. **Completely non-smoking unit. No smoking on balcony, as well. No exceptions!** Disclosure - There is a security camera/ring camera at the entry to verify the number of guests on the rental contract is accurate and to ensure the "no pets" policy. There are no other cameras in unit.

Surfside Beach has it all - a quiet beach experience with shopping, restaurants, shows, amusements & golf within a few miles of the condo! Kayaks, jet skis, boats, and bikes are for rent in the area. You can choose from local restaurants, the new Surfside pier, or shopping all within walking distance (about 1 mile), take a short drive to Murrell's Inlet for their renowned seafood, or venture into Myrtle Beach for some fun!

The Market Common in Myrtle, is a hot spot for coastal charm, vibrant restaurants and shopping. Additionally, you can visit several Myrtle Beach attractions like Ripley's Aquarium, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk/Pavilion, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlet Mall, and so much more!
