Our beautiful unit is located in SURFWATCH III - an oceanfront complex of only 20 units with private ocean side swimming pool, outside shower, private walkover to the beach, outside grill and elevator. We can accommodate 6-8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Single beds and one Queen sofa bed). Both baths are just newly fully renovated.

This condo features central HVAC, an all-electric kitchen with modern appliances including an ice maker in refrigerator, living room, dining area, telephones, HD flat screen cable TVs and DVD players in living room and each bedroom, free high speed Wi-Fi, outlets in condo with USB charge connections, new full size washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fans in all the rooms, large private oceanfront balcony and many other amenities. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for entertaining or casual living. The living room and Master bedroom have full size sliding doors that open to the expansive private oceanfront balcony and amazing views. You feel as if you can reach out and touch the ocean from the balcony. You can watch sunrises from the beach balcony and sunsets from the front porch looking out over the beautiful lake across the street. Unit is completely furnished including living room and dining room with all kitchen appliances and utensils needed for complete meals. We are located on the top floor (4th) with an elevator and have amazing skylights in the living room area. Spacious living areas throughout. SURFWATCH III, Unit 402 is a NO SMOKING unit and NO PETS are allowed in the building. We have under building parking and off street parking and allocate 2 spaces per unit (no trailers or RVs permitted).

Just a short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand shopping center, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, and one of the world's largest Ferris wheels. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden, it's just a few minutes south on Business 17.
