The space

With over 3,000 square feet of brand new amenities and upgrades, this luxurious Spanish-style home has that new 'model home' smell and look. We have taken great care to provide the best of provisions and curate a contemporary and comfortable environment that is sure to please.

Entering through the walled and gated front courtyard, you'll enter the home and experience your first of many "Wow Moments". From the entry vestibule, you'll be enticed by the views of the billiards room, formal dining room with its live-edge hardwood table, and massive gathering room beyond.

Decorated with new contemporary furnishings, there's a nod to the vintage Bohemian vibe, keeping the home casually elegant and fun. You're on vacation, and this house definitely coaxes you to relax and unwind.

The open-concept Gathering Room is where you'll find the large L-shaped sectional and leather occasional chairs, perfect for conversation or media watching on the massive 110" projection screen with ROKU and streaming options.

And for ease of entertaining, the ample chef's kitchen features stainless appliances, a 5-burner gas stove, a pot filler, a double oven, and all the utensils and provisions needed to show off your hosting skills.

When it comes time to relax and have some private time, the floor plan of your desert retreat allows for maximum privacy for all four bedrooms and clusters the bedrooms in pairs.

Two of the guest bedrooms are positioned in the front of the home, offering luxe linens and a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub and shower combo. One bedroom offers a queen bed, while the other bedroom features two twin beds.

The additional two large bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home, with the Casita bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and direct access to the entry courtyard. This bedroom features luxe linens and a queen bed. The Master Suite offers a California King bed, direct access to the rear patio and swimming pool, as well as a massive ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, a 55" flat-screen TV, ROKU streaming, and a private walk-in closet.

There are two additional fold out twin beds that can be easily rolled to any room for guest #9 and #10. They have nice 5" memory foam mattress.

As amazing and activity-filled as the interior of this home is, let's not overlook the fun to be had outside.

The brand new swimming pool and professional landscaping are so inviting and offer plenty of sunbathing, lounging, and BBQ options for everyone to enjoy. Just like indoors, the outdoor experience gives everyone ample elbow room to commune and have fun, or retreat for a quiet moment if they want. The entire pool is controlled by an easy-to-use remote, so you will never have to move to control the spa jets, pool lighting, or the gentle waterfall of water cascading into the pool.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in is after 3 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m. However, early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation (if we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will).

NOTE: This home has a simple remote to control the pool lights, hot tub heat on/off, and jets. The hot tub is pre-set to heat to 100°F (it takes about 30-45 minutes if it's cold) when you turn it on at no extra cost. If you want the pool heated, there is an additional charge of $75 per night (please let us know in advance, as during the cool season it takes about 12 hours to heat). Due to the desert sun the pool will generally be at very comfortable 82°F or higher without additional heat from May - Oct.

Other things to note
There is a house manual that gives you instructions on how to operate everything in the home, including the heating and air conditioning, spa, TV, and wifi.

The minimum age to rent this property is 25. All guests should be over 25 unless supervised by a legal guardian on premises.

Note that all owners and managers of rental properties in the Greater Palm Springs area are required to collect a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment (TBID) tax on short-term stays of less than 28 days beginning July 1, 2021. You will see this tax on your booking listed as "Community Fee".
