Nestled in a charming neighborhood just 1.2 miles from the beach, our lovely home is the ideal retreat for families and friends. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the nearby fishing pier, where you can savor oceanfront dining with live music, rent a golf cart, or take surf and paddleboard lessons. With a variety of restaurants, Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, Publix, and Sprouts only half a mile away, you’ll have everything you need within easy reach. Plus, Whole Foods and golf courses are just a short 10-minute drive, and the upscale Mizner Park in Boca Raton is only 8 minutes away.

**The Home:**
This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, with the option for an 8th guest using a provided pack 'n play. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed (with a pack 'n play available). The third bedroom is perfect for kids with a bunk bed (twin on top, full on bottom). Both bathrooms are equipped with modern showers and complimentary body wash and shampoo dispensers.

The open-concept living area boasts a 70-inch flat-screen smart TV with Netflix, a collection of board games, a charging station with Apple and Android cables, and an air purifier for your comfort.

**Kitchen Amenities:**
Our fully stocked kitchen is designed for your convenience, featuring an air fryer and Instant Pot alongside a regular coffee maker (with coffee, cream, and sugar provided) and a Nespresso machine (bring your own capsules). We also supply dish soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, and paper towels to help you settle in.

**Outdoor Oasis:**
Step outside to your private, fenced backyard, complete with a beautiful heated pool (note: not heated from May to October). Relax on lounge chairs or the daybed, fire up the Weber grill, or gather around the fire pit (please refill propane if needed). During winter months (November-April), keep in mind that pool temperatures may vary.

**Convenient Extras:**
For your convenience, the house includes a washer and dryer with laundry pods, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, beach and pool toys, two boogie boards, and four adult bikes for exploring the area.

**Important Information:**
- **Pets:** We regret that we cannot accommodate pets due to allergies, but we can recommend another nearby house that welcomes furry friends.
- **Security:** For your safety, we have security cameras outside the house and near the AC unit/pool heater. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the home or backyard.
- **House Rules:** This is a non-smoking house and a peaceful environment—no parties allowed. Maintenance personnel will visit weekly for pool cleaning and landscaping, with pest control on a monthly basis.

**Booking Requirements no exceptions :**
Guests with no reviews on Airbnb must be verified and provide a photo ID. Upon reservation acceptance, a rental agreement and house rules will be sent, along with a request for a $200 refundable deposit for any damages.
