This home is anything but Rustic, you feel like you're living in the tree tops in this beautfully remodeled home! Adjacent to the kitchen/dining area is a cozy sitting area situated around the fireplace. Also on this level is a roomy master bedroom with a king bed. The ground floor houses three of the four bedrooms and a centrally located roomy full bathroom with double sinks. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has a private entrance as well as direct access to the garage. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Both of these rooms have a wonderful view of the wooded yard.
This home is less than 1/4 of a mile to lake Michigan and a short drive from downtown Sawyer with its many shops, restaurants, and Sawyer Garden Market where just about anything you need can be purchased.

ABOUT THE OWNER
Monica started North Star Properties with one goal. To better serve the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan Area with a concierge service mentality for short term rentals. From the North suburbs of Detroit she was bred to be in the real estate industry. Both of her parents were entrepreneurs. She watched as her father built Gauthier Corporation, a very successful construction company, which is still running as strong as ever. Her mother started a cleaning company that meticulously made sure every home shined like the top of the Chrysler building. Working for both of her parents growing up, she understands the drive and passion it takes to achieve success. Prior to starting North Star Properties, she sold real estate on the Northside of Chicago before moving to the Dunes and making a permanent home.
