This rental is a true 2-bedroom condo, and our guests enjoy the separation between rooms and the privacy that is offered. This condo offers 2 floors, 2 private balconies, and endless views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Sandy Beach 1116 is one of the most unique rentals in Myrtle Beach. As opposed to a traditional condo or hotel room, this vacation rental is far from any hotel or resort experience you might have had in the past! This condo features 2 floors; an upstairs as well as downstairs! There are only a handful of these properties in Myrtle Beach, and we are excited to tell you more about it.

Upon entering the condo, guests will find the 1st bedroom to the left. This is considered to be the guest bedroom and features 1 queen size bed, night stands, TV with basic cable, closet, and dresser for storage. This room is perfect for 1-2 guests.

The kitchen is located in between the bedroom and living room and features full size appliances. Guests will have access to a fridge / freezer, full size stove, top-mounted microwave, kitchen sink, and cabinet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to cook a meal or snack! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk/ride or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very popular food delivery options along the Grand Strand.

Just off from the kitchen, guests will have access to a full size washer and dryer. Behind the kitchen is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a full size tub / shower, vanity, oversized mirror, cabinets for storage, toilet, and tile flooring.

Entering the living room, this is by far the most desirable area of the entire apartment. The living room is fully furnished with a sleeper sofa, dining table and chairs, Smart TV with basic cable, entertainment center with LED fireplace, and access to the oversized oceanfront balcony. This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a family! Located on the 11th floor of Sandy Beach Resort, the view from the balcony is breathtaking, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins and beautiful sunsets!

Just off from the kitchen, guests will find a spiral staircase that leads to the upstairs portion of the condo. The master bedroom is located on the second level and features a king size bed, nightstands, dresser for storage, TV, and access to the 2nd oceanfront balcony. Yes, that's right! This condo offers 2 oceanfront balconies; one is upstairs, and the other is downstairs! The upstairs bedroom also features a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, toilet, vanity, sink, and more.

As of Summer 2022, this property has been updated with new flooring, new artwork, decor, and so much more. The homeowners spared no expense and have truly made this condo feel like a second home!

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

**** As of August 2025, the washing machine is currently inoperable, however we are currently working on getting this issue fixed! The Dryer is still in working condition ! We are sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. ***
