Located in a Direct Oceanfront Resort, this condo has a great view of the ocean from the balcony located on the 12th floor. This 3 Bedroom/3 Bath condo has 2 King Beds and 2 Full Beds and a Sleeper Sofa and can sleep up to 10. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC! Appointed with a full-size kitchen, dining area, refrigerator, microwave oven, cooktop and stove, LCD TVs, and private bathrooms are included in this 3 Bedroom.

Heated pools, Indoor pools, and a private ocean balcony and hot tubs! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Conveniently located in the central part of Myrtle Beach, enjoy the ocean view from your private terrace or relax in the beachfront pool! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. Features include both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a spacious pool deck, and social areas. Indoor pool with hot tubs that have a great view of the ocean. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI!

Important Notices:

- Parking: The resort allows 2 cars per condo. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you'll need to arrange parking elsewhere. Trailers are not permitted on the property.
- Construction: There is ongoing roof maintenance at the resort, so noise may be expected during certain hours.
- Outdoor pools are currently closed until further notice

Oceanfront apartment 3B 3B

Here’s a rephrased version of your feedback that maintains a respectful tone while clearly conveying your concerns:---The apartment is in a great location with direct access to the beach, which we really appreciated. Parking was generally manageable, though it could be a bit tight for larger vehicles like SUVs or trucks.The lazy river pool was enjoyable, but there was ongoing construction nearby during our stay that hadn’t been mentioned in advance.The apartment itself feels a bit dated. We encountered a few minor maintenance issues, including a sliding door without a lock, a toilet that kept running, and water dripping from the AC vent directly above the dining table.Key pickup and return added some inconvenience. Keys need to be collected from a separate location about 15 minutes away, and only one key fob is provided, which made things difficult for our group. Returning the key to a different location at checkout was also inconvenient, especially since it wasn’t on our route.Given these challenges, we may consider other options in the future. For the price paid, we had hoped for a more seamless experience.

Great views!! Very Clean!

We had a great time staying here! The views are amazing! We loved sitting on the balcony. We will consider renting this unit again in the future. The only complaint was the check in process. I think that it would be nice to know the keys won’t be at the unit as soon as you book. That way you don’t go to the property first and have to pack up and go get the keys. Other than that it was an amazing place to rent.

Overall it was fine. I feel that I should have been informed about the fact that there was no outdoir pool and a great deal of construction. I also felt somewhat harassed about the rules and the cost if one is broken. It actually caused some anxiety.

All we needed!

Julie and her crew were absolutely incredible to work with. Almost no time getting responses when messages were left. Location was great and easy parking available. I would recommend this for a great place for a golf trip. Local restaurants were great and easy to get to. Thanks Julie! Hope we can rent your place again.

Good

The location and place its self was pretty nice. Disappointed that we were told there was a working washer and dryer and we depended on them for our stay, the washer did not work at all and the dryer hardly worked. We had to go buy stuff for our stay when that wasn’t planned. I’d recommend replacing them.

Poor management, but great resort

I will start by saying that we loved the resort and condo. The location was excellent and the resort had a very short walk to the beach. We loved the pool area as well. The resort included an outdoor pool/splash area as well as a covered pool/lazy river/splash pad area. The condo itself was very spacious and exactly what we needed. We would gladly stay at the resort again, but we will not be booking with big Fish rentals ever again. Upon our arrival, we had to wait an hour to get our keys after the check in time. The lockbox that was supposed to have the room keys was empty. If you need to contact big Fish rentals, there is no one in the office and they only give you an email address and a phone number you can text. No phone number to call. When texting them, it often took over an hour to get a response. Also, The main reason we booked this condo was for the washer and dryer, but when we arrived, we soon realized the washer was out of service and no one let us know before hand. The only accommodations that were made was getting clean towels once during the week we stayed there. We also found many cockroaches in the kitchen and the dishwasher didn’t work either. All of the issues we had would have been fine If the management had made it right, but the communication was terrible and no accommodations were made. We were left feeling very frustrated. Overall, we loved Myrtle Beach and the resort, but the management could have been much better!

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. The sound of the ocean all day and night was so relaxing. The condo was clean and it had enough space for the little ones to spend time in the living room and balcony. Thanks again Julie! This was a great experience!

Shortly after booking the condo through VRBO, I received an email with a contract that had 83 listed terms of the agreement. I immediately regretted booking. From then on, I received 14 more emails from them hounding about different stuff. We could not relax and enjoy our vacation for worrying about breaking a rule or messing up something that we were going to be charged for. 6 minutes before arriving at the location to pickup the key, I received a text asking for ETA. They proceeded to ask if maintenance could go in and fix/check the closet door. I said Yes please have them fix it. They said they would let me know an ETA when maintenance could fix the door. I heard back from them the next day (Tuesday) wanting to know if a maintenance tech could come on Thursday to fix the washing machine between 12:00-2:00. I said yes they could and I asked if I could use the washing machine because my family did not bring enough clothes for the entire stay, and they said yes it could be used right now. So later that evening I washed a load of clothes, and the washer would not spin or rinse. I opened the top dryer and there was water and a musty smell in it. I had 2 fun trips to the laundromat that week. After the tech came the dryer was still wet and smelly. On the way home I was asked where the 3rd key was, and I had only received 2. I originally asked for 3, only given 2 then blamed for not turning a 3rd one in. Overall, not a clean feel and appliances/room is outdated.

Condo is not clean we stay for week without washing our clothes and towels because the washer and dryer is broken , the carpet is very old it doesn’t look same as a picture showing ,I will give only 1star for ocean viewiand I never go back to this condo I don’t recommended .

Great place to stay

The view was everything!! The access to the beach was great as well. Private beach was amazing. The condo was perfect. Size was dead on and it was perfect for the family. Wouldn’t change a thing. Will stay again if we come back for sure!!! Thank you again.

Lacking, but we made the best of it!

First, the key cards are at a separate location 15 minutes from the condo which isn’t convenient. Once arrived the process was easy to get in and settled, location was great for beach stay and area activities. Both closets that hold laundry and beach items in the condo were broken on arrival, and we had to contact someone so we wouldn’t get charged a fee for damage. As I was unpacking toiletries, I found curly hair by the sink, and no persons in our party has curly black hair. Again, not a wonderful feeling of cleanliness. There was loose papers of past guest information in the guest room closet, sand on the living room table, and I had to wash a dish prior to using because of left over dried on food, and the bathroom sink handle kept coming off every time our children washed their hands- all of this Amin arrival. The pools were nicely heated but never tidy and not once did I see anyone tend to them. Overall we made the most of our vacation but I would not stay here again.

Mini getaway

The location was perfect. Direct beach access. We also used the indoor pools and lazy river with the baby. Was great to have the heated space indoors. Also nice to have washer/dryer in the condo. Could have used some updated balcony furniture, and a better listing of items included in the kitchen, etc. For example there was a Highchair in the condo which was great but we brought one because it was not indicated as being available. There was also a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys etc which would have saved some packing space. Overall a great space with plenty of room for family! Would definitely recommend.

Overall Good!

Good layout, fairly roomy condo, heated pools inside and out which are a must in March! A few issues on check in, including only one key provided (very tricky for two families staying together) and broken remote and sliding door which wouldn’t close but great combination with property management company and resolved fairly quickly. Condo was reasonably clean, fairly well appointed though many kitchen items are old and could use replacing. Overall not bad and a decent price. Would definitely book this building again and definitely with Big Fish rentals again.

Great amenities and location. This condo advertises, 2 kings & 2 queens, but in fact it has 2 kings and 2 double (full). Parking for only 2 cars was problematic for family coming from different states.
