The main floor features a full kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. There's plenty of space in the back yard for lawn games and you will likely see birds and rabbits too! Cook a meal on the outdoor grill and enjoy the patio.

The neighborhood is calm and quiet, adjacent to the golf course and a very short drive from Cooperstown All Star Village baseball resort.

Guests have access to the entire house, laundry in the basement and large back yard with privacy fence, patio and outdoor gas grill.

This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood with close neighbors who value peace and privacy. Out of respect for the community, we strictly enforce no street parking and ask that guests keep noise to a minimum at all times—especially outdoors and during evenings.
