Sunbird Condos have always been a favorite destination spot. We are located right on the Beautiful white sandy beaches on the Sparking Gulf of Mexico. Right when you enter this unit, the PENTHOUSE, top floor, the crème de la crème, you think you are right in the Water. All of the windows are floor to ceiling, no obstruction, just pure beauty and tranquility and joy knowing that you are there! The complete back wall of the condo, including all of the living area and the bedroom is glass and two sliding doors leading to the balcony.

Queen size murphy bed with quilt and fitted sheets and pillows with built-in for your storage space, lamp and extra plugs for your phone chargers, computer, etc.
Kitchen: Just been updated with new quartz counter tops, new backsplash, new deep single bowl sink and faucet, and extended breakfast bar! Balcony: Two acacia wood folding Adirondack chairs with cushions and New Polywood Wood chair and it is sooo comfortable.

You can easily walk to Pineapple Willies and soon.. the New Tootsies on Thomas Drive, The Laketown Wharf Seafood Buffet and shops and other restaurants across the Street, walk to Walmart, fast food restaurants, convenience store and Waffle House and most importantly... the pools, beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.
