This was a good property with a great location. It made for a great place to relax and recover after our multiple excursions around LA and beyond. Had the things you need to be comfortable. Host provided good instructions for check in and out.

This property was perfect for what we needed. We brought my elderly mom with us and the bottom floor bedroom was great for her. The bed was easy to get into for her and the bathroom even had a safety bar for her in the shower. The upstairs area was perfect for the rest of us. My daughter got her own little bedroom nook. It’s not enclosed, but still her own little place. It was a very close location to Azusa Pacific University where my older daughter goes to school and a great location to lots of dining and shopping. Make sure to check out the cute downtown of Glendora. I was glad to read the reviews that the kitchen is not a full kitchen but more of a kitchenette. But it has many appliances to help with that, microwave, counter top oven, electric hot plate, etc. You do share the property with front house.

Great place!

This is my second time staying at this property and it is there perfect location for visiting APU. The bedding is super comfy and it's the perfect space for a couple of people.

Weekend getaway

This was such a relaxing place to stay. Beds were so comfortable! Teenage boys downstairs and adults upstairs worked perfectly! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot!

This was our second stay at this lovely property! The neighborhood is quiet, and just a few blocks away from our daughter and her family. Our hosts were super helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. Hope to be there again next year!

Our host was gracious in allowing us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, there were some furniture changes from the pictures in the listing. Also, the place was dirty, towels smelled awful, and there were floss pics on top of one of the beds. We made things work but there are definitely some upgrades needed. We had planned some food based on amenities listed but there is nothing except a toaster oven.

Charming property

Charming property! This is a shared unit with a bigger house. Our older adult children stayed with us, and it was perfect for our family gathering! Wonderful owners, and so easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely home/neighborhood

Stayed here with family and an infant. Was a lovely subsection on their home that was closed off from the main house where I assume the owners live. In a very nice quiet neighborhood and was fairly close to many things in the foothills of LA county. Would stay here again if we every come back down to visit family again.

Peaceful Neighborhood

The accommodation was perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend. My son, his girlfriend and I were in Glendora for the weekend with her extended family who live about one mile away from the rental. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and nice separation of the two bedroom suites. We had morning coffee in the spacious outdoor area. Really peaceful family neighborhood within easy access to restaurants and shops.We did not meet the owner, but all was well prepared for our stay. I’d definitely stay there again.

The property itself was beautiful, very clean.The listing description says that it has a double futon, but it does not, it definitely will not sleep six unless one of them are a small child, we did have to go out and buy an air mattress to accommodate our sixth person.The laundry room was not accessible, it was locked our entire stay. We would stay here again, just with a smaller group.

This is a comfortable home with two nice bedroom suites, one upstairs and one downstairs (each with a nice bathroom). The upstairs bedroom has an additional alcove with a sofa bed and twin bed. We followed the hosts instruction for check-in and had no problems. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place for family to meet and gather. The kitchen has all the necessary basic items and there is a full-size refrigerator. There is also a courtyard area shared between the two rental dwellings which was clean and inviting for outside sitting. Glendora is a delightful city and easy to get around. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Glendora Stay

The rental was right next to property owners house and their window was open and we could hear their conversations as we entered the home. Our impression was there was space between rental and owner's home. Signage where the front door of the VRBO rental is would be very helpful. Nice space inside, but shower head needs to be replaced and some attention to the mold in the shower as well. We did appreciate the kitchen ammenities and the bed was comfortable.

Nice villa

Overall it was a lovely stay. The host was prompt in response to any issues we had, which was only one very minor thing. The home is nicely decorated although the furniture in living area is a bit small for my family. However, It is very aesthetically pleasing. The beds are large king size and very comfortable! The home is in close proximity to Los Angeles and many surrounding areas. Glendora is a very quiet place. It’s also very picturesque as the backdrop of the mountains are GORGEOUS to wake up to daily! The people are friendly. We visited Donut Man. I highly recommend if you love fruit-filled donuts. The Peppertree Cafe is excellent for breakfast. They give nice portions and their fruit is freshly cut. It’s not in a tiny bowl with 4 or 5 cubes of melons and a grape or two. Glendora has been good to our family and I wouldn’t mind staying here again on our next visit to California.

2/10 experience

Property was not cleaned . I found a lot of stuff that were not mine like underwear and drugs I would assume from the previous guest . Showers were dirty , over all property was dirty . My stuff were moved from the laundry which I do not remember giving permission . The house was shared and I was also not told about that .

The house was shared and posted in the website, and we apologized for the leftover past guest, which is the cleaning crew's negligence check the drawer, and we returned the cleaning fee. Beyond of that, the house is clean, and as the guest, you make so mess of the house and even put the trash everywhere.

The property was exactly as described so there were no disappointments on that front. The property was clean and tidy in all areas and modern and tasteful in its style. The beds were simply massive in both bedrooms. Separate air conditioning units were installed in the bedrooms and the communal seating area. The property owner had included plenty of coffee refills for the coffee machine and an array of toiletries in both bathrooms for us to use, there was also a huge bag of ice and water bottles in the fridge. The kitchen may be a bit limited if you wanted to prepare a meal but for us it was fine for what we used it for. We made use of the laundry facilities and were grateful to be able to get our clothes washed after days on the road. The property served its purpose for us perfectly during our stay in LA as a base to visit the likes of Disney, Universal and all of the other sights and sounds. The property itself was a couple of roads back from the historic route 66 and a short distance from the freeways to get you to where you needed to go. We didn’t get to meet the owner during our stay but they had left a folder in the apartment with instructions and all other communications were responded to quickly. If we return to LA in the future we would definitely look this property up again for another stay.

Perfect Spot For Us

This little property in a quiet, safe neighborhood was close to our family, and perfect for our time in Glendora / SanDimas. It was well-appointed with pleasing decor; the beds were comfortable; laundry was handy; and the microwave & toaster oven (vs a stove) worked just fine for this trip. We would definitely stay there again.
