The Coram Deo Cottage

Our 1936 craftsman cottage is a beautiful quaint and cozy space for smaller families. It has a sunny full eat in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and porcelain tile floors. Hardwood floors in the main living area, along with a full bath and laundry facilities . There are 13 steps up to the 2nd level which hosts 2 lovely bedrooms and a 1/2 bath in between. New portable a/c units are in each bedroom.
There are air filtration units that cleanse and purifies each level of the cottage - keeping the air crisp, cool and clean. ( same technology used on the space station)
To access the lower level rec area, and side bedroom, one enters through the door under the archway from the main level. There are 9 steps to the lower level exposed stone rec room. Watch your head as this property has unique arches and a more narrow entrance to the lower level. A family sitting area with a foos ball table and a side bedroom area with a queen size air mattress provides some extra space and an extra bed- just in case you need it.
The mature trees in the back yard provide privacy and shade- you will see the birds, bunnies, and squirrels. We love the back deck area- especially at sunrise.
A children’s playhouse, with a sandbox awaits the guests who have littles.

P.s. Our cottage is within 20 mins to downtown Lancaster, 20 mins to Amish country, 30 minutes to Hershey and within 10 mins to route 222. There are farm markets, local grocery stores, and gas stations within 5-10 mins drive time. Sidewalk community, the Lititz walking/biking trail is within 1 mile. Local community park/pool is 2 blocks walking distance from the cottage.
The community pool is within 2 blocks walking distance. It has a children’s area with water slide and splash mushrooms/buckets, a larger swimming area and a lap pool at the lower level. Rates are posted on the cork board for guests.
