The Space

Designed for comfortable island living, the open-concept layout offers spacious gathering areas, indoor-outdoor flow, and peaceful golf course views from the private lanai. Both primary suites feature king beds and private en-suite bathrooms, creating an ideal setup for couples or multi-generational travel. The third bedroom includes two twin beds and its own en-suite bath for added flexibility and privacy.

With multiple comfortable living spaces and a quiet Kohala Coast setting, this townhome is also well suited for extended stays and remote-work travelers looking for more space than a traditional hotel stay.

Community Amenities & Beach Club Access

Guests enjoy access to the Mauna Lani Villages community pool, hot tub, and fitness room.

Exclusive access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club is included with your stay. Spend the day snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking, or relaxing on the white sand beach with lounge chairs and cabanas nearby.

Mauna Lani Magic

Great location, close to Beach Club with excellent beach for children and snorkelling for adults. Nice to be able to walk to local shopping and restaurants too. Central base of operations to tour the entire Island easily and conveniently.

Perfect stay for our family

We had a great stay. We were travelling with our kids and my parents. This place had a great range of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space. It was incredibly spacious and the kitchen was very well appointed. Walking distance to the grocery store, fun pool for the kids, and close to Mauna Lani Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful inside with a beautiful view of golf course. Also, very clean place. The TVs were very difficult to work. Directions for all of the remotes would have been nice. TVs in the bedrooms would also be nice. Pool lights did not stay on until 10 pm. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The furnishings are very nice and clean modern. Very well stocked kitchen and laundry room. Only hiccup were some pesky hornets that kept coming in through the vents. But management was very responsive and hopefully they hired a professional pest control. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful week in Hawaii!

We had a wonderful stay in Hawaii this last week! The home was beautiful, and the photos on VRBO accurately represented what we found. Our highlights were: - The house was very clean, with the kitchen specifically being spotless - The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to make both light and more complex meals - All of the furniture was very comfortable, and the décor was very nice Our only small issues: - The bedding and linens felt fairly cheap, and were thin - We didn't realize that the property was so close to the grocery store / mini mall, which gave off a little truck noise in the morning, but this was a small issue All in all, we had a wonderful time and the home is beautiful!

As advertised

As the listing mentioned there were no kitchen supplies in contrast to all other places we stayed in past. We also had sewage back up into shower which was fixed the next day but left shower unusable.

Mahalo for your review Alan! Unfortunately, you never know who might tamper with kitchen seasonings, oils, etc. and for that reason, we do not supply these types of amenities. We pride ourselves on prompt issue resolution and are thankful our awesome vendors were able to remedy that situation as quick as they did. Outstanding Christmas holiday!

What a wonderful property and it was absolutely perfect for our family! This was our first big vacation since our oldest daughter was married and so having space and privacy was very important to us. The property is beautiful, the unit was very well equipped, quiet and so spacious. One of the things that impressed my wife and I was the quality of the furnishings. Some of the properties on other islands that we have spent time at are getting very worn. The proximity of Mauna Lani Villages to the shops made getting last minute food and dining decisions simple! We found that the concierge was always available and very helpful as well as the team in the office with questions. Not only will we book again through Kona Coast, we look forward to returning to the big island!

A fantastic house that did not disappoint.

2 couples and 2 kids (15 & 11) stayed for the week of November 9-16. Communication with the owner/management group was seamless and responded to promptly. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was great, and all of the pots, pans, plates & amenities were awesome. The location was great as there was a grocery store, coffee shop, juice bar, shops and an amazing restaurant, Tommy Bahamas, only steps away. The unit also included a pass to the beach club, which also had a great restaurant. When we were there, the beach club was being renovated, however that did not stop us from enjoying the beach. There were beach accessories in the garage that made beach time a lot of fun. We would definitely stay again. No complaints at all.

Our vacation in Mauna Lani

We had a lovely stay in Mauna Lani. This was our second vacation in Kona. Both times we stayed in this beautiful complex. The condo was wonderful and quiet. The only concern we had was that the beds didn’t have real comforters. They were thin like sheets. Each room came with an extra blanket, but it still wasn’t warm enough. We spoke to the property management company and asked for extra blankets. They didn’t get them to us for 2 1/2 days. It made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience this time around. Otherwise, everything was great.

Mahalo for taking the time to leave a review on your stay! In the past we had a number of complaints that the blankets we had were "too heavy" for Hawaii, which led us to purchase microfleece blankets. We also commercially launder all of our linens to assure they are washed at temperatures higher than the average in-home washers have. In the vacation rental world, providing these types of blankets are becoming the new normal, unfortunately heavier blankets can't be laundered at high capacity. We apologize it took some time for us to get the replacement blankets to you. In the future, we recommend turning up the AC temperatures. Amazing house

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, and I was able to cook a full dinner. The house is absolutely lovely and extremely comfortable to stay in. My whole family had a great time.

Mauna Lani Top Shelf

The villa was top shelpf and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Th furniture was upscale and very beautiful decor. We really enjoyed the lanai as it had good space and seating for our group of 4. We really liked to open layout of the great room and kitchen. Very spacious. One of the better places we have rented in the area
