HOME HIGHLIGHTS:

- You will have a total of 4 RFID access cards (1 card per every two people) for access to the private beaches in Seaside.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:
- There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. The cost for this cottage is $112/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation.
**Optional Cancellation Protection**- Allows cancellation for ANY reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies paid returned ($150 fee applies at booking).

Located only 4 houses up from the beach, Heavenly Days is a bright and colorful 4 BR/4 BA cottage offering the very best in Seaside vacationing. Heavenly Days is the epitome of Seaside with its bright yellow and blue exterior decor, white picket fence, and oversized porch flanked with rocking chairs perfect for watching the quaint town bustle by. The inside of Heavenly Days exudes the same bright decor showcasing open living and dining spaces. The living room offers plenty of seating for the whole family, a flat screen TV, and dining area just off the kitchen. You'll enjoy some of the best views around from Heavenly Days' tower. Being only 4 houses back from the beach, you can even see the ocean! Whether you're watching the sun set from the tower or rocking on the front porch while you enjoy your morning coffee, Heavenly Days has something for everyone to enjoy!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
** There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. This charge is optional with Sandpiper Vacation Rentals. The cost for this cottage is $112/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation. Seaside requires the passes to be purchased for the entirety of your stay when ordered.
* Additional fees are required to reserve Pickleball and Tennis courts paid directly to the Seaside amenity Center.
* Seaside Chapel with Sunday services, Walkable Town Center from rental home including shopping, restaurants and upscale grocery market.

House is in poor condition. Air Conditioning for 2 of 4 bedrooms didn’t work and was unbearable.

My friends left early because of the AC problem. I will not rent this house again.

Wonderful location

Heavenly Days is in a wonderful spot in Seaside. Four houses away from the beach and super close to the west side pool. The space and layout in the house is wonderful. Our only compliant was that the house could use a little fixing up/cleaning in spots. For example, the bed skirts and the couch slipcovers were really dirty. Overall, it's a great house. It just needs a little TLC. Sandpiper was easy to work with and was attentive to any issues we had while staying.

Family Spring Break Vacation

House location and decor were great. Could have been cleaner when we arrived (ie. couch slip covers with stains.) But overall great house and would stay here again.

Perfect home in perfect location

We loved, loved, loved this home! I am actually surprised to see the previous review who thought the home to be strange (?)- . It is beautiful! All 4 bathrooms look like they were recently re-done and at a high level. The floors are GORGEOUS and also seem to have been re-finished recently. The home was very clean as well! We prefer the west side of Seaside so the location could not have been more perfect for us. There were also 2 complimentary bikes left for us which we used daily. Again, I can't say enough about the great things this home/Seaside has to offer! We will stay here again!

October 2016 Stay

We had a wonderful time staying in Heavenly Days. The website pictures do not do this house justice. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, well-appointed, and very clean. One of the best Seaside rentals I have ever seen. Ocean and sunset views from the top floor. The Sandpiper staff was also amazing - very attentive and responsive. Thanks for a great vacation!

September 2016 Stay

Great house with plenty of room! Nicely renovated bathrooms with comfy linens. We needed some basics - dish soap, salt & pepper, broom - otherwise house was stocked just fine. We've rented many times through Sandpiper and it's always been smooth. Would recommend to others!

House needs work

We just left "Heavenly Days" and we thought it was a strange house. Seemed like every day we found 2 new things that were complete head scratchers. The house needs a lot of upgrades. -very odd choice to use satellite instead of cable, seeing as the house is on the coast. There will obviously be lots of rain (which there was) and the TV almost never had a signal. -the shower in the master bathroom leaks very badly -the TP holder in the master bathroom and the hand towel holder in another bathroom are loose, and a shower curtain rod came down because my aunt put a towel on it. We reattached it better than it was before. -there's no pantry -the "first aid kit" consists of nothing but a drain hose -there's an outdoor shower with a spigot for washing feet, but it's so close to the ground you can't even fit your whole foot under it. -the back door doesn't lock -the driveway is almost useless due to a line of plants on the left side of it making it very difficult to park and be able to get out of the car. -the blinds were all tied up so intricately that it was a huge ordeal to roll them down. It took a long time and we had to stand on a stool to get them all. -in one of the downstairs bedrooms, there were 2 twin beds...and one is blocking the closet entirely. -there was a very annoying lack of silverware and coffee mugs. My family drinks coffee and 4 mugs was not enough for a house that accommodates 8. And make sure to bring your own coffee filters. We obviously had a good time cause it's Florida, but the house itself kind of made us cringe. It needs a lot of work.

Loved this house!

4 adults, 2 babies and 3 toddlers fit perfectly in this beautiful home. We loved the 2 master suites -one upstairs and one downstairs! The bathrooms were gorgeous! The short walk to the beach and family pool was amazing! We never got in our car all week except to go get groceries. We love Seaside and are grateful to have enjoyed a week there with sweet memories made.

Loved the home!

We recently stayed at "Heavenly Days" and must say that we found the home to be much larger than expected. We loved the comfortable beds with the memory foam on top. Perfect location. Close to town, beach, and pool. Wish the downstairs bathroom had been a little bigger.

Perfect location

The house is wonderful; very spacious. My husband and I decided on a last minute vacation and had never been to Seaside before. I called and talked to Mark and he was very helpful. We thought the location was perfect. It's about three (short) blocks from town. We walked everywhere we needed to go or rode our bikes. You can't go wrong renting this house.

Heavenly!

The house is very charming, is in a GREAT location and was a good size for two families (we slept one family down and one family upstairs). The house actually feels much bigger than it appears in the pictures because the ceilings are high in the common areas. We rented at Thanksgiving time when the weather was cool and prices were lower for off-season. We cooked a Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen! Very short stroll down the street to the beach and to the town square - even with several very small children. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely rent here again and would recommend this property to others!

Heavenly Days

We just got back from a wonderful week in Seaside and have already booked Heavenly Days again for next year! It is an adorable house and was just perfect for our family with 3 children. The location can't be beat. Very charming! I would definately recommend this house.

A very nice house with a great location

The house was very nice. It was close to the beach and to the pool. It was very nicely furnished with beach colors and decor. The kitchen was well stocked and had every thing you could possibly need. My only complaint was the 3rd floor tower.It seemed to have a beautiful view.However, it was enclosed but did not have blinds. It was so hot that it was not practical to sit up there at all. There was a fan but it was so noisy that we gave up on that. (It was extremely hot the week we were there so this may not normally be an issue.) Overall, it was a really nice house. We had no problems with the rental at all.
