Located in the heart of 30A's beautiful Watercolor Community, Cove Hollow is a beautiful private oasis with 5 spacious bedrooms, designer bathrooms & kitchen, private pool with built-in grill and a guest house to top it all off!
Don't let the exterior fool you, this cottage sleeps 12 comfortably with space for 4 more in the guest cottage (extra rental rates are required for guest cottage)! You can rent the main cottage by itself or the main house and guest house together. Inquire for more details. Guest house does not get rented to another guest if you do not rent it with the main house.

***IMPORTANT NOTE: the HOA only allows 12 beach bands TOTAL for the use of both homes, and bands are required for any guest older than 5, so please keep this in mind if you have more than 12 in your group as you will not get more than 12 beach bands. Bands are required for entry onto the Watercolor beaches and pools.*** Private pool cannot be heated.

You will be greeted by a 2-story open living space upon entering Cove Hollow. A gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and all the appliances you will need to make dining in on your vacation as enjoyable as possible. Two bar stools at the island offer additional breakfast seating with an eat-in dining table on the other side of the kitchen giving way to 6 more dining seats. The screen porch has another table for 6 and if you want the best views in the house, you can eat at the table for 4 out by private pool (not able to heat in colder months) with ample deck space, lounging chairs. An outdoor shower is also available.

ACCOMMODATIONS: (sleeps 12)
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Master Suite- King bed, flat screen cable TV with designer bathroom -stand alone tub and separate shower, and dual sinks with granite counter tops.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, flat screen TV, with full en-suite bath
Hallway half bath, kitchen, dining and great room
Second Floor:
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, flat screen TV, en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, flat screen TV, en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo
Bedroom 5: Two twin over twin bunk room that sleeps 4 comfortably is at the end of the hallway.

Across the pool deck is Cove Hollow's guest house. The guest house has a queen bedroom, separate full bathroom (bath/shower), a living room with pull-out sofa, and a kitchenette complete with mini-fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. This guest cottage is never rented out separately. You can add the cottage for $75/night.
