1 bed, 1 bath attached guest room off 17 Mile Drive a few minutes from Pebble Beach Resort, The Hay and Spanish Bay. Access nearby beaches with picnic areas with exclusive P.B. gate exits to Carmel By the Sea and Pacific Grove. Close to Monterey, Cannery Row/Aquarium. Bright and airy, high wood-beamed ceiling, lots of windows that open to fresh ocean breezes! Forest & ocean views from the property. Unit is on the other side and away from the main house and has a private entry. Newer memory foam king bed. Bathroom has full marble. Couch folds down to sleep one, too. Kitchenette has sink and is stocked with a complimentary selection of coffee (K-cups), teas, hot cocoa, chips, snacks, bottled water, popcorn, soup, etc. One bottle of wine with cheese and crackers is waiting for you upon arrival. Mini fridge with freezer, microwave, 50" big screen with Bluetooth soundbar/subwoofer. Shampoo, soap, and basic bath amenities are provided. Quiet, secluded, and very relaxing - a great place to chill out by the electric fireplace, catch great sunsets or set up a home base for day trips to wine tasting in Carmel and local breweries, hiking in Carmel Valley, the best golf courses in the world, or all your heart desires on the beautiful Central Coast we are fortunate to call our home!

Unit is on the far side of the property with its own private entry. Private parking on a shared driveway is right next to unit. Owners live in the main house so no blocking of driveway. You will have in and out privileges at all P.B. gates as guests of the host. Speed limits are strictly enforced by Sheriff/CHP. Security cameras are mounted around the property. Del Monte Mall/Whole Foods is 10 minutes away. Gas and grocery (Safeway, Lucky, Trader Joe's) is 5 minutes. Many hiking and biking trails nearby. Point Lobos is 15 minutes south. Big Sur is 45 minutes south. Aquarium passes are available (must be returned). Daily breakfast consists only of granola bars, instant oatmeal packets, and muffins, all of which will be stocked in the unit (no hot breakfast is provided).

Owners are on site and available 24/7 for any issues, concerns, questions, etc. We have lived on the Peninsula for nearly 20 years and would love to share our favorite places with you or help you plan a wonderful vacation once you're here! My partner and I had the most wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Pebble Beach. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the peaceful surroundings and the cozy, welcoming vibe. The location is unbeatableā€”nestled among the pines with ocean breezes and just minutes from scenic 17-Mile Drive.

Just what we needed to be in proper. We were there for the Pebble Beach Concurs d'Elegance and the location could have not been better. As it happened, the host was also a Porsche guy. We were able to have a conversation about our cars. The only suggestion we have is change the king bet for a Queen giving a bit mor floor space. We highly recommend this property.

First, finding an opportunity to stay IN the Del Monte Forest is rare indeed. I literally walked to one of the most famous beaches in the world on 17 mile drive from the beautiful space. Every amenity as well as snacks, coffees, wine and cheese and wine were part of the stay. The room is beautifully appointed- very well done. It was peaceful and yet close to everything. The owner and his family were very helpful and assisted us multiple times when we needed help. I will definitely return. Forest, nature, luxury and authentic pebble beach. Canā€™t go wrong!

We enjoyed it immensely, it was cute & cozy,our hosts thought of everything we might need or want. They even provided wine & snacks and morning muffins at out door each morning. It was quiet & private and the bed & sheets were so comfy. We will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful Stay!

The room is adorable and the bathroom is lovely. Everything was perfect. The hosts very thoughtfully provided a bottle of wine, cheese, crackers, bottled water and a basket of snacks plus, there were fresh blueberry muffins each morning by our door. The guest passes to the Monterey Bay Aquarium were amazing!! Definitely one of our favorite places we have stayed.

Outstanding! So remote, yet so close to everything. A well appointed home in the woods. We were visited by deer daily. Such a beautiful area and such gracious hosts. The unit was perfect and came with plenty of gifts and amenities. The tickets to the Monterey Bay Aquarium were a bonus! What a fantastic aquarium! Highly recommended!

Close to great restaurants, shopping and breathtaking nature experiences.Sargis and Betty were such great and thoughtful hosts. Perfect for one or two

Everything was perfect. Parking is a little tricky but following directions is key. My adult son came and stayed a couple of nights so having a bed and a couch/futon worked well. I would definitely go back.

My wife and I had a very cozy, relaxing and peaceful stay. This was an excellent location for touring Monterey to Big Sur. The hosts provided everything needed for us to feel comfortable, and beyond that, a surprise basket by the door each morning. Fantastic stay for us.

Peaceful retreat

Very clean accommodations. Very quiet and peaceful. Excellent communication with host who is well acquainted with the area and offered so many great restaurant and local tourist site recommendations. The morning muffin was an extra treat. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

Hidden Gem in Pebble Beach Forest

If youā€™re looking for a private, quiet, cozy bungalow this is your place! Nestled in the beautiful forest of Pebble Beach walking distance to the famous 12 mile road and near spyglass golf course youā€™ll see deer and beautiful scenic ocean views. The one room bedroom, bath and kitchenette is beyond fully stocked. The fireplace is a nice touch. The decor is absolutely beautiful. Towels are fluffy And all of the amenities are perfect. The host was very attentive reached out a couple times throughout to make sure we were doing well. Provided anything we needed along the way and even surprised us with a departure gift. I highly recommend staying here if youā€™re coming to the Pebble Beach area. You will love it. than

Perfect Getaway for Two

Great home base for two people to explore the Monterey and Carmel area. The hosts have seemingly thought of everything to help make the stay seamless. Clean, cozy, and plenty of privacy from both the main house and neighbors. We have no hesitation in recommending this for any other couples visiting the area.
