Beautiful location/home
Our second year in this beautiful home. It’s so peaceful on the bay and the home is well maintained and perfectly situated. Great for our adult children to stay with us and have plenty of room.

House was in a good location and had a good floor plan. Carpet, Furniture, and bedding was all worn down. INTERNET CONNECTION WAS HORRIBLE. COULDN'T STREAM EVEN CONNECT ONLINE TO WORK.

Great house with a great location
This was a perfect house for our group of 8. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was great to have 3 full bathrooms. The location is perfect the patio is amazing. We were here for the 4th of July and could see all of the amazing fireworks from Downtown SD! Thanks again for a fantastic week!

Mission beach getaway
Property was in great condition and by far the best rental company we have ever used. We simply asked what type of coffee pot was onsite and they had the one we requested delivered and ready. Washer and dryer went out and they had replaced in 24 hours. Denise was amazing. I highly recommend this company and house. I’ve also never left a review but felt it was needed after our stay. Thanks again

Beautiful property
This location was perfect for us. The lack of communication with the manager was our only issue. We tried email, text and phone to resolve bedding issue. No return calls, texts, etc. also, the basic amenities for 8 of us for 9 days seemed inadequate. Communication was our only issue, however, and the location and layout of this unit was very nice.

We take customer service and communication seriously. An email sent on 9/12/23 was missed, which is very unusual. However there were no subsequent attempts at communication per phone logs, phone bill, or voice mail logs, and per my cell provider, there were no missed calls or incoming texts from the guest's number during the time of their stay. We are very clear in the pre-stay information we send as to what is supplied and replenished by us in terms of sundries and what guests should expect.
