This is your ideal home for large or multi-family getaways! The home, which has been completely renovated, has been a popular choice for families due to its unique layout! The home boasts 5 separate bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, and a large central living area. This is the perfect set up that allows privacy when needed but also enough space to gather as a family.

The home is situated perfectly so that guests can easily walk to close amenities. Kids will love the fact that there is a ice cream shop right behind the home! There is also a coffee shop and coveted grocery store across the street!

This home was built for larger families! It's designed to give everyone staying their own privacy. There are FOUR master bedrooms, each with it's own ensuite bath. There is a FIFTH room that kids will absolutely love. It's a large room with 4 twin beds, perfect for slumber parties.

The house has a open and spacious living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove, large center island and all the utensils you need to make a family meal! Oh, and don't forget the two ovens!

Off the kitchen is a tastefully done dining area. The main table fits at least 8, which means everyone can get together for dinner in one spot. Also, there is a wood fireplace in the kitchen area for those cool nights.

The house comes with a natural gas grille. Beyond the back porch is a expansive yard, perfect for relaxing on those summer nights.

The home is located less than 2 miles from the famous Nauset Beach. It's also a 5 minute drive into Orleans downtown. From the house you're a short drive to Chatham, Wellfleet and Provincetown. Also a short drive to any of the local bay beaches!

The location of the house was great! It was very clean and we had plenty of room and space for our cars also since people were leaving at different times and we all pretty much needed our cars. We loved that we could bring our dog. The host was very easy to communicate with and we were very happy to explore this area of the cape because we had never been there! Would highly recommend!

Great Family Stay

Twelve of the family stayed: grandparents, married adult kids and 4 grandchildren. Grandchildren loved having their own room and adult rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen was amazing and the most well equipped of any we have ever stayed in. Location is near many places to food shop and eat. The yard with fire pit was heavily used. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay in Orleans

What a wonderful week in Orleans! This house was perfect for our group of adults + kids. Great location in between the ocean and bay side beaches and a short 5 minute drive to town. Also really nice to have a few places in walking distance, we went to Whisk for morning coffee and the kids loved getting ice cream next door. The house itself was amazing - newly remodeled, beautiful decor, quality finishes, fully stocked kitchen, and having bathrooms in every bedroom was a huge plus to give each family privacy. Only minor note was the soft mattresses but not a big deal. We loved the backyard, came home from the beach and took outdoor showers, grilled, relaxed on the patio and enjoyed the fire pit at night. In addition, Matt the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to all communication. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely book this again next time we come to the Cape. Thank you for sharing your amazing home!

delightful Stay

the house is beautiful and the owners have thought about everything a family could need or want. location is superb. one mile to Nauset beach. my only suggestion is to provide a read pot. only (minor) complaint is the beds were a bit soft. would. have been nice to have king beds, but this wasn’t terribly important. i’d stay here again in a heart beat.

Wonderful house and a wonderful location

This was a great house for our family. We loved the location and all the amenities the house offered. We potentially are interested in renting again next year. Our family is growing and we may be needing a 6th bedroom...not sur we can find that. This house a great house!

Great Stay in Orleans!

Best house we have ever rented on the cape! Amazing brand new house which held our group of 9 with ease! Kitchen is stocked with everything you need including all clad pots and pans! Each room has a pristine bathroom and ample space. Amazing breakfast nook and living room area! Lawn Games w/ great outdoor seating and space!! Highly highly recommend staying here if you are thinking about it

Matt's property was wonderful. It had a great location - close to a breakfast place (Whisk) and excellent ice cream! The younger teens loved cutting through the backyard to get there. the living room was bigger than it appeared in the pictures and had comfortable seating. We loved being able to have our dog with us, too. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. The only issues we had were the lack of light-blocking shades (we put posterboard in the windows) and come dusk backyard games were tough because of the insects (which were unimpressed by bug spray and citronella). The firepit was a great addition and the family had a blast making s'mores. The extra fridge for beverages in the garage was helpful for a party our size. We would definitely return again.

This was the nicest, cleanest, and most comfortable property we have ever rented in DECADES of coming to Cape Cod. Perfectly appointed and conveniently located. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Experience

Matt and his family made our visit to the Cape amazing! He was helpful and kind. The house was comfortable, clean and the layout perfect. Because it was walking distance to the ice cream shop, Nauset Beach, and restaurants made the house a great location. It was near the Rail Trail as well, so we could bike and enjoy nature! 5+Star GORGEOUS NEW Cape Beach home!

5+ Stars!!! Absolutely GORGEOUS home! We cannot say enough about this exceptional, brand-new, stunning home and it’s extremely attentive and accommodating owners. This home is beautifully decorated, immaculate, overly-spacious, quiet with fully-stocked amenities in an IDEAL Cape location…5 minutes from Nauset Beach, with grocery store, ice-cream shop and restaurants within STEPS! The ice cream shop was a special favorite for the kids! This bright, upscale and couture nautically-themed home has PLENTY of room for a large family to spread out, allowing our teens/younger ones their spaces, while being accommodating for family gatherings: in the huge kitchen, spacious outdoor deck/yard or family room. Oversized 1st floor bedroom with custom wainscoting is convenient for anyone challenged by stairs, prefers an alternative bedroom or quiet working desk space. En-suite bathrooms were plentiful, allowing privacy in EACH bright and airy upstairs four queen bedrooms! Even an extra FULL bathroom in the upstairs laundry room! Large bedroom with 4 twin beds & two sofas is the PERFECT size for kids/teen hangout, located at end of hall for noise-control. Gorgeous new white gourmet kitchen with white countertops and very large nautical navy blue center island had ample seating, even built-in USB charging station. 2 ovens, new appliances, with cooking conveniences including All-Clad gourmet cookware. This beautiful home has an abundance of FULL bathrooms with “on-demand” hot water, allowing for fast clean up after the beach! White bathrooms with finishes worthy of Architectural Digest, with marble accents and polished antique fixtures. 2 laundry rooms made beach laundry effortless! Owners provided plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, clam rakes, buckets, board games, corn hole, etc. to help alleviate what is needed from home! The family room offered an assorted book collection and huge screen TV, perfect for family movie nights. Strong WiFi signal throughout provided steady electronic device connections. 2-car garage was oversized, allowing easy ingress/egress. A huge maple tree canopied the outdoor deck, providing a perfect retreat for morning coffee or BBQ at the patio table. In-ground gas line to the BBQ alleviated propane tank/refill issues. Central air conditioning & ceiling fans comforted on hot/humid days. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to borrow your gorgeous beach home! We hope to return MANY summers, making more family memories!

This is a ideal home for larger families or numerous families to stay in the same spot. There are two main draws:

1 - The overall layout of the home makes it easy for families to congregate in central living areas or in the large yard. But, if people want some privacy, each bedroom provides that with it's own bathroom and large space. It's uniquely designed to give everyone their own spot. Also, the large room is incredible for kids who can all share the same room. See photos!

2 - The location doesn't get much better! There is a coffee shop, grocery store, ice cream and more all literally behind the house. It's 30 seconds to get a coffee in the morning. Or, send the kids for ice cream (They don't even have to cross a street!). It's also right down the street from Nauset beach - Which is one of the best beaches on the east coast :)
