This was the second time staying at the Bungalow, and it was just as good as the first. Everything we could possibly need was provided and communication with Lisa was great. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, I would highly recommend staying at the Bungalow!

The property was way better than we expected. The home is well cared for and nicely appointed. The beds are comfy, kitchen well stocked and the view was perfect for our weekend away!

Most adorable VRBO! Walked in and immediately felt at home. All the quirky and whimsical touches were so fun. Everything was so thoughtfully prepared for our visit, we loved our stay!

I don't think everyone spots them, well not all of them anyway, so I'm thinking I should make up a list so the guests can look for them if they'd like. Lisa was amazing and made the process easy. The property has all the amenities you need with 2 bedrooms and a fold out sofabed.We enjoyed the kayaking especially since the lake is so swallow. It was easy getting into and out at the landing next door. Highly recommend and we will be back!

This is the second time we have stayed at The Bungalow. We absolutely love it here. It's a perfect launch pad for plans with extended family in the area. The home is so comfortable, spotlessly clean, well-designed, and with many thoughtful touches. The host is very welcoming and responsive with any questions that come up. We hope to stay again!

This lake house is phenomenal. It is (by far) the best stocked property we have ever stayed in. The kitchen has every possible supply & gadget that you could need to cook any dish. There are so many thoughtful touches throughout the property. There was a nor’easter during our stay so we were unable to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor amenities, but still had a wonderful stay. The host was also very responsive to our questions and very helpful. It was reassuring to know there were many candles & rechargeable lights so we would have light even if power went out (luckily it didn’t!)

We had an incredible stay at Lisa’s bungalow ! Everything was perfect, we found it exactly as described and even more beautiful and charming in real ! The access to the lake is pretty easy from the backgarden, we enjoyed kayaking and paddling. The fireplace was also amazing. And the host Lisa was quick to answer, and really nice with us ! Thanks also for the small gifts, we really appreciated ! We can only recommend this place for a getaway from the city !

Our stay at the Bungalow was amazing! Definitely wish we would have stumbled across this beautiful place last year while we were here visiting our son at UConn. Definitely roomy enough for the four of us to cozy in and visit on the rainy days. Definitely the cleanest place we have stayed at in all our travels to CT. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Bungalow is prepared for my guests the way I would want a vacation rental to be, beautiful location, plenty of outdoor games and activities, and super clean and organized. What a lovely stay we had. Lisa is a fabulous host who we were lucky enough to meet. She was so accommodating and went out of her way to help us and make things as easy as possible. The accomodation is lovely, exactly as pictured. It is the most catered for accomodation we have ever stayed in and had everything you could think of and more! The kids were thrilled with the smores and selection of hot chocolates. The fire pit is lovely and we enjoyed the selection of games in the games shed. We couldn't have asked for any more. Thank you Lisa!

It was an absolute beautiful house. It was nice and quiet for a mini getaway. Lisa is an amazing host! The lake views and waterfall is a plus as well!
