Just a short 15 min drive to the Seattle Mariners & San Diego Padres Spring Training field & within a 20-50 minute drive to the 9 other MLB Spring Training Fields scattered around the Phoenix Metro area. Whether you're in town to golf at the Arrowhead Country Club, bring the kids to Hurricane Harbor, or explore the Peoria Regional preserve, this is the perfect desert relaxation retreat!

The space
Offering a pristine interior with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, 2 living rooms, as well as a yard with a heated pool (winter months only) and a covered patio w/grill, this Phoenix-area abode has it all!

Guests have access to the entire house, garage and yard with private heated pool.

Other things to note
The pool can be heated during cooler weather for an additional fee of $45 per day. This fee will not show up in the price when booking and must be requested and submitted and paid through the resolution center

Spring training

Property was clean. Plenty of room to spread out between two living spaces and outdoor area. Really liked being able to use the garage for parking.

This house is wonderful. They were very considerate and leaving supplies for us. Check in and check out. We’re both very easy. Alice is beautiful and comfortable. We will be back.

Property was very nice. Pool was great. We would recommend to everyone. The only thing that was a little frustrating was the lack of sundry items. It seems insignificant, but things like one roll of paper towels for a full house for a week. Having to go buy TP and Paper Towels, etc. because we ran out was annoying considering the cost and quality of everything else.

House needs A/C!!

Overall the house was okay, but there was a constant issue with the A/C not functioning properly, and it got up to 81F inside the house every afternoon. The lowest the temperature got was 76F even when the thermostat was set to 73F. Every night I set the thermostat to 73F and had to get up twice every night to reset it because somehow the thermostat was changed to 80F! The host has access to the thermostat on her phone, but I'm guessing it's a programming issue. Please double check with the host before booking to make sure the A/C unit (not the thermostat) has been serviced. Also, be prepared to give up privacy in the backyard, as there are cameras on the pool and patio.

Thank you for the review Kelly. We have had the AC situation looked into and there was a fan inside the unit that needed to be replaced. We want our guests to be comfortable in our home and were unaware of the AC issue until your stay. We do deeply apologize. We are also removing the cameras overlooking the pool and patio. These were recently installed as a security measure but we decided that the guests privacy and comfort was of utmost importance. Thank you again for staying with us and we do hope that you give this home another chance in the future. Have a Happy 4th!

Backyard was a mess!

We were really looking forward to the outdoors and lounging by a pool when we have been cooped up for the last seven months in NY.This backyard was a mess.The pool had green algae on the bottom.It was heated but did not feel like it.The loungers were busted and torn to shreds.There was nowhere to sit around the pool except for the concrete walkway around it.The pool side tables were bent and busted. The gravel around the landscaping was minimal with mostly dirt spots.The hose was scattered and not even kept in a decent area.There was a grapefruit tree on the side of the yard that had rotten fruit all on the ground.It was disgusting and attracted many flying bees and flies. My son got an electric shock by the bedside lamp.The master bedroom fan was not working, the room was hot in the middle of the night my husband had to sleep in the living area.The outdoor patio light didn’t work. We couldn’t sit on the patio. A handyman came over to fix the fan and the light next day.They ordered two lounge chairs for the backyard, but by this point, we were done. The backyard was not a place for us to lounge. It was not a great place to look at.My kids didn’t want to spend time in the pool or outside. We ended up leaving two days early and didn’t stay the last two nights.I wanted a place for my kids to enjoy their vacation and this wasn’t the place. I requested a refund for the lost two nights.I have not heard anything for three days. The owners did not respond to our request. Just beware.

Laurie, we’re sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations. Our team responded promptly to all 38 of your messages over 3 days, and a handyman was sent the next morning to fix the fan and to replace the lightbulb in the outdoor light. New lounge chairs were also ordered and delivered within 3 hours. If the master bedroom felt warm, the home is equipped with central A/C and a thermostat in the hallway, with instructions provided in the guest book—you were welcome to adjust it for comfort. The pool is professionally maintained and heated to 83°F; had you reported any concerns during your stay, we would’ve gladly sent our technician. The grapefruit tree is in a side yard near the trash bins, and while landscaping is done weekly, some fruit may fall between visits—we regret if that impacted your experience. We inspected the bedside lamps ourselves and found no issues; no other guests have reported electrical problems, so a static shock (common in Arizona’s dry climate) seems more likely. Your claim that we ignored your refund request is not accurate—it was reviewed and declined, as your concerns were addressed promptly. We believe this review may reflect frustration with that outcome. Nonetheless, your feedback has been noted. We remain committed to guest comfort and hospitality, as reflected in our consistent 5-star reviews.

Great place to stay, and close to Lake Pleasant

So glad that we chose this house to rent through VRBO. It was very clean, and perfect for our needs. We had a Haboob come through the 1st night of our stay, so that messed up the pool, but I wasn't all that into swimming anyway, after being on our boat most of the day at Lake Pleasant.

Lovely stay

My family stayed here for 5 days. Everything was as pictured and overall the stay was excellent. We have an 18m old and the master walk-in closet was a perfect dark room for our little one to sleep. We would stay here again.

GREAT home in a GREAT location!

This property was perfect! The home was spotless and the location was great! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The contact person was super helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. We stayed for 2 weeks and hope to return next year for a month. We would highly recommend this property.

Great home for family gatherings

The kitchen and family room space was great for hanging out with family. We spent Thanksgiving here and while some of us were cooking, others were working on a puzzle or watching tv. It was a great way to spend the day together while doing different activities. The kitchen island was perfect for serving buffet style. The neighborhood was quiet and so convenient to shopping for essentials. You can literally walk to Starbucks, grocery store, Walgreens and more. This was the perfect home for our family Thanksgiving holiday.

Perfect House!

Everything was terrific, exactly what I expected, but bigger. The house was clean, the pool was lovely, all the amenities we wanted, awesome location around the corner from shopping and restaurants. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because of an "ant" problem near the pool and kitchen. If we were there more than a few days, I have no doubt the owners would have handled it asap.

Perfect Location for Baseball Tournaments!

This is the perfect house for two teenage boys and our dog. We have stayed here twice now. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The location works whether you are playing baseball at Peoria Sports Complex or Surprise Stadium. Everything you need including Starbucks is a block away. Our dogs loved the backyard and watching their reflection from the pool water. Our teenage boys especially love the fact they have a private bedroom with smart tv, all to themselves. A MUST STAY!
