This spacious property is designed to be your home-away-from-home. It’s centrally located in a safe, quite neighborhood in Peoria just minutes from State Farm Stadium, P83, Scottsdale, the Waste Management Open, Lake Pleasant, and so much more!

Our luxurious well equipped home has fun amenities for your entire group. Everything you may need to have a memorable vacation or staycation. Central to all valley locations, hiking, restaurants, shopping, golf and more.

The space
Our home is family-friendly, can comfortably host groups up to 12 with indoor space of 3050 square feet. Relax in any of the five cozy beds with fresh, high-quality bed linens and pillows. The bedrooms consist of 2 King bedrooms and 3 Queen bedrooms,. All bedrooms have dressers, nightstands and closets with plenty of hangers. The bathrooms are professionally sterilized with clean-cut features, provided essential starter pack toiletries along with plush cotton towels. The master bathroom has a shower and a large soaking tub. The other full bathroom has a double vanity and full shower/tub. There is also a powder room located just off the living room.

The open floor plan makes it easy to spend time together in the kitchen and living room. The full-size kitchen contains all essential amenities and has a bar counter perfect for setting up a buffet-style breakfast or afternoon appetizers. The dining room table seats six and has 5 kitchen bar stools. There is also table seating in the living room, Arizona room, on the outside patio and garden area. Our vibrant, open living area includes plenty of comfortable seating and bright light. For your convenience, the laundry room contains a full-size washer and dryer.

The Arizona Room is a lovely space to relax and enjoy the sun. Enjoy a game of air hockey which is sure to keep the kids busy. When the weather is beautiful, the large outside patio with table and comfortable seating is where you want to be. The garden area has a table and chair with a large tree for shade. Included is a green house, you can enjoy fresh spices, vegetables and fruit when they are in season.

Guest access
The home is located only 15 minutes from State Farm Stadium, right off the 101 freeway for easy access to anywhere in the valley. We are within a few minutes of all shopping, restaurants and entertainment areas. Guests have access to our 3 car garage for usage/storage as needed with garage door remote access. Parking for up to 6 cars in garage and driveway.

There are many things for you to use when you stay with us including several golf club sets even a kids size. Enjoy the many greens golfing in our beautiful valley of the sun. Provided is an ice chest, several bikes and sports equipment. The house is stocked with games, movies and includes a brand new foosball table, hockey table, basketball and corn hole toss. When the sun goes down, cozy up around the fire pit for a nice evening fire.
