This Peoria home has a large private pool, updated Sept 2025 with mini Pebble Tec and Rubber Stone decking. The 3 upstairs bedrooms have queen size beds. The loft has queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. The convenient 1st floor Bedroom has a king size bed with an additional queen sofa sleeper. There is a Pack n Play that will fit any bedroom.

The game room has a foosball table, electronic dart board and pub table. The dining room table easily seats 8 with additional folding chairs in the garage. There is a high chair for a little one.

The roomy kitchen is equipped with a double oven, lots of counter space with a breakfast bar for 3 and seating for 6 at the table with a view of the pool. With adjacent family room and the pool just outside the door, this is bound to be the gathering place.

By the recently updated pool you can enjoy sunning on the loungers or playing in the heated pool November-March. If the sun is too much, you can retreat to the shade of the canopy or under the 23 foot patio area with roll down sun shades, a slate table and chairs for 6. Additional chairs are in the shed along with pool toys, coolers, loungers and life jackets from infant to 90 pounds. A gas grill and cooler keep the fun by the pool.

On the occasional cool or rainy day, there are DVD's and games for all ages along with a few toys in the loft area.

There is parking in the garage for 2 vehicles and 3 on the driveway.

The Peoria Sports Complex is located minutes from our home. During Spring Training the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres utilize this facility as their home field. The Sports Complex is located in the P83 Entertainment district of Peoria and is home to many restaurants with the Arrowhead Mall just around the corner on Bell.

Located near the 101 loop, this is an ideal location if your vacation involves golfing, events at State Farm Stadium, sporting events, Desert Diamond Casino or hiking; most within 10 minutes. In 3 hours or less you could take a day trip to Tucson, Yuma, Sedona or Flagstaff. The Grand Canyon is just over a 3 hour drive.

Base rate is for 1-8 guests. For guests 9-10 there is a $10 per night, per additional guest fee.

Rental properties cannot be used for any non-residential events such as large parties, corporate events, weddings, etc. Noise monitoring equipment is installed. Only decibel levels are monitored and not conversations. Security camera for front door and driveway.
